Two of Polyphia’s four masterminds, Tim Henson and Scott LePage, have established themselves among the vanguard of the new generation of 6-string icons, redefining the boundaries of style, genre, and artistry with each Polyphia release. Sweetwater had the pleasure of hosting Tim and Scott on a recent excursion to our campus, and their visit would’ve been nothing short of incomplete without a firsthand tour of Sweetwater’s renowned Guitar Gallery.

I visited the Indiana facility when my buddy worked in sales there. Its an amazing place. They have a food court, a gym and a doctors clinic just to name a few of the amenities for their employees. It's truly an amazing place

The attention to details is crazy. It’s been lost on most companies but this is a superb job.
It’s great. But you’d be surprised how many companies have QC standards at this level

How tf you get them to sign it?! I own every one of the signature guitars they've made that have been released..... I wanna get mine signed lol.
@@Lovell93 What you need to do is the next time you go to a Polyphia Concert go VIP and bring the pick guards with you and they will sign them for you. You can bring your guitar as I saw many people do this recently , but if you have multiple guitars that's not practical.
The system they have in place is crazy! Good on sweetwater! Plus Tim and Scott are always great!

imagine buying the tim henson signature guitar and just being so happy about it and when it arrives it has his and scotts signings on the inspection...
This was great to see Tim and Scott checking up on Sweetwater and seeing how their products are handled. They looked very happy and pleased. I Had no idea that Sweetwater had such a huge facility and that they had so many QC stations. I'm pretty impressed by what I see. They seem very thorough. I think now that the backorder situation seems to have mitigated when I get my TOD10n I will buy directly from Sweetwater. Thanks for the informative video with my two favorite guitar stars. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the staff at Sweetwater and Tim & Scottie of course.

Been following these boys since INSPIRE EP. I fell in love with their sound as a young skater in Egypt. Now a music producer and mix engineer, about to get married -- happy to see them succeed so much.

Wow. Wish that Sweetwater was operating in Europe. I didn't know the level of detail they are putting in. I have read some good stuff about them regarding customer service. Awesome stuff Sweetwater!!
Honestly, as a Sweetwater customer for some years now, I don't know why no other retailers don't do the stuff Sweetwater does. Online line ones, I mean. I find it very hard to buy from anyone, but them. It's feels like a game of chance when buying instruments from basically any other site. I like knowing what the instrument will look like before I get it and, of course, how much it weighs. Certainly, it seems like they must get far fewer returns than other places that you don't get to do that with. You'd think It's better for business financially and a way to keep customers happy.
Never knew of a guitar retailer going to such lengths! Would love to order my next one with sweetwater
I ordered my TOD10N back in march and got it in august. Absolutely perfect experience, so much so that i ordered my TOD10 to match it in october and just got it in december.
Sweetwater is literally the best place musically that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. This is yet just another reason why they are the best 😁

I love them!! They're adorable and seemed genuinely interested in the tour, which is awesome. They looked like little kids going to their first museum. That would totally be me too XD
this only solidified my faith in sweetwater. From what i've also heard from a former tech, they regularly send stuff back that doesn't meet spec, but also have an incredibly talented pool of luthiers to fix minor issues
Nobody does it better than Sweetwater. I never worry about ordering instruments from them.
Tim and Scott... easily two of the best if not the best guitar players alive. Learning their songs has made me so much better of a player.
they gotta add a purple LED mode to the inspection desk since thats all this guitar is gonna see when it arrives to a tim henson fanboy house.
I’ve bought four guitars from Sweetwater and they’ve all come back in excellent condition ! My favorite guitar, which is a special edition fender tele I bought because I saw a picture of it, and it spoke to me!

As someone who has worked 10+ years in DCs servicing another industry, this was a really cool way to showcase how the company measures the value that their employees pass on to their customers. Good on you Sweetwater! P.S. Plz don't ax the laffy taffy, ha!
I bought a guitar from sweetwater last year and got a really nice email from a sales rep. I figured it was just a bot, but after I got my guitar, I got a phone call from the same guy and asked me if everything was up to my standards. He even asked what kind of music I played and told me to call him if anything came up with the guitar. I was blown away by a company the size of sweetwater had that level of customer service.
Theres sweetwater and then there's everyone else. In a class of their own. Exceptional company.
Sweetwater should be THE example to all other companies on how to properly provide and fulfill a service. No matter the industry. 👏

Sweetwater is the best! I just wish I lived closer to put my hands on a guitar before hitting add to cart. Just bought a strap from them and the customer care all the way from purchase to post transaction follow up was incredible.

@@swarthygiant1463 Not really. Usually, a listing for a guitar shows up to four serial numbers with unique pictures for each.
They probably haven't paid for a guitar since they were 15 lol all freebies for them
They don't buy guitars like the rest of us do. They contract with Ibanez to make their personal guitars through the custom shop. They are checking SW out to see how their guitars are handled before shipping.
I have this guitar in my sweetwater cart, I want it terribly, but its out of stock, I wonder how long the wait for these beautiful guitars is now?

I wish all stores do the individual weigh in and photos. I cant believe thomann expects you to buy a guitar for several thousands dollars without knowing the weight of the guitar or how it will look exactly.
