1500 cal a day, and walk 10,000 steps a day. I lost 30 pounds this way. I was 170 and got to 140. 800 cal a day is crazy and will cause binge eating.
I went from about 180 to 105 with diet and exercise. I started out eating three poached eggs and three pieces of dry toast. I signed up for a women’s exercise class at the local jc. As soon as I heard they were going to I let the instructor know that I was going to drop the class. She said give it a chance. I thought I was dying just trying to go a mile but I stuck with it. Soon I was addicted to the natural high it gave me. I then decided to cross train for triathlons. I ended up running at least 6 miles a day six to seven days a week. Plus I was doing a 40 to 50 mile bike ride at least three times a week plus a 1 to 2 mile swim. It worked, I know not everyone has the time for that kind of training but it is possible to exercise 1 hour a da 4 to 5 days a week. When I started I was extremely anemic and tried ferrous sulfate and had terrible stomach pains. I switched to ferrous gluconate (so). That made all the difference. I added different things to my diet, mainly salads and vegetables. I cut out red meats and the all meat. I only used oriental rice wine vinegar or fresh lemon on my salads. I eventually gained the weight back I kept the weight off for 13 years. But thanks to you I am trying again width realistic goals. At 76 it’s not going to be easy but I can’t stand myself like this. But you inspire me. With real desire and determination I know I can do it.
Thank you for the honest video Jen. Hope you're on the mend🙂
Glad you’re feeling better. It was good to catch up with you. Hope you’re having a great week. 😊
Glad you got answers. Be safe.
I would definitely stop the early bird cocktails and see if that helps. I have seen several ig friends have to stop those types of things after they upset their stomachs. A few of them had bariatric surgeries in the past as well. I hope you are feeling better! I set out veggies while cooking dinner as well. It helps the whiny kids be less whiny and that is a huge win for me.
That BLT salad looks so good! Glad you’re starting to feel a bit better, I hope those iron patches work for you, my mom had a lot of iron issues and used to get the infusions.
Hi Jen, Great video as always. So happy you found a solution to your stomach problem. I tried the McCormick Salad Toppers that you shared on your last video. It was very good and that will be a regular staple from now now. Thanks again.
Thank you for sharing, I hope you start to feel better soon ❤
Can we also note your glasses and earrings on the day of your appt?! Yes, accessories! All the pink💗!
Jen comin in clutch!! Long day at work gal and this is perfect!
Girl get a glass of wine!
@@Jen-Chapin lol!! 🍸🍻🍹🍺 cheers!!
Off topic but wanted to let you know we loved the salad topper you mentioned last video.
Great video - hugs.
Love the soccer mom shirt I'm working on getting wls and love the snack ideas you share.
Excellent tip to snack on veggies while cooking. I dealt with stomach issues for years. I feel your pain. There could be a million reasons. Hope your dr finds the reason for your issue❤
Please look into calorie density. Regardless of what eating plan/diet it will make a difference when you figure it out. Jeff Novik has a very entertaining educational video.
Hey Jen - just before reaching the age of 40, I started (another) weight loss program. I began having major upper GI pain. As it turns out, I had gallstones which created tremendous pressure and pain. I had the gall bladder removed, and that fixed the pain. This is probably not your issue, but just an FYI.
I haven’t been a super longtime subscriber--but I love all your videos--even the older ones.
I love the t-shirt! My son was the goalie for his soccer team for years. I feel your pride😊
Jen so sorry for the abdominal pain you’ve had, ouch. Glad your feeling better, iron patches; who knew? Check out the side effects of fe infusions, we had some prenatal patients that needed them and they complained of severe headaches for a few days. Thanks for sharing and motivating us, yes exercise is so good, but for a busy mom it’s tough!
Could it be the early bird causing the stomach pain? I googled it and on Reddit people were saying it was causing stomach pain. Also another thing energy drinks can cause bad stomach pains. Hope you feel better soon.
Of! And the BLT's look so delicious!!
Jen, my Doctor has me on a 1,200 to 1,400 calorie diet. I am 5.2 and my doctor said I should weigh about 127. That is what my weight was in my 30’s. If I could lose 10 pounds and get to 137, I would be happy. Have a great rest of your week.
I suffered from anemia from high school til my 30s with doctors who were not willing to help. I changed doctors and she told me I was so low pills would never catch up, so she sent me to hematology. They FINALLY did the infusion, and it was the best thing they could have done for me. So I pray that you get the help you need, friend.
New subscriber here ..all your food looks delicious!
I had VSG and once my weight loss tapered off I went on a generic semiglutide. It has helped me so much. I felt hungry all the time after the VSG and it has made that pretty much go away.
800 calories is really low, but I’m going to be honest, if I even ate 1500 I would gain weight. My calorie requirement to maintain my weight is very low.
That doctor is crazy 800 cal. My son doesnt even eatbthatblow and hes 10 yes old. I had the vsg surgery 1 year ago and so far I've lost 84 lbs. It's one of the best decisions I've made. I'm healthier and feel so much better. Have a wonderful weekend ❤️
I'm glad you're better 👍
I tried Ozempic (same as Semiglutide and Wegovy).... everything tasted like metal, I got bad breath, horrible acid reflux and nauseousness..... I only lost a couple pounds a month and when I came off of it I gained all of it back plus a lot more (and I'm not eating anymore) and the weight gain was all in my stomach..... I then started looking on social media and found its common.... never again. Don't waste your time with it. You look great.
This is very good information to have, thank you
You're very welcome.
I just started mounjaro 4 days ago and I’m not seeing any bad side effects yet! My friend lost 37 lbs in 3 months on it and I decided to take the plunge! I went to a wellness dr and got a script and pre authorization form and I already feel better. May be the placebo affect but I also hav my peleton and gym in my garage and I joined a gym. Trying to lose this chemo weight! So annoying! They recommend I eat around 900 calories and I’m eating around a thousand a day but def have a decreased appetite!! For sure checking out helix!!! Love your diet ideas!!
Hi Jen. I have stomach issues myself, I understand how terrible that can be. I am very sorry to hear that you do as well😩 and good grief I could just inhale and get 800 calories! I hope yours gets better soon. Love and hugs from Texas 💕
I'm glad that you got your stomach stuff figured out. I was actually going to suggest that maybe it was an irritation and/or acid reflux as it sounds just like what I was going through. It is super hard to cook for others when we don't feel like eating. I'm not sure if you've considered following Noom or not. I've been using them since January and love it. I was a LONG time WWer, but I kept saying...how am I supposed to MAINTAIN the weightloss if I don't know how many calories I'm eating on the plan? With Noom, I have learned so much. My starting weight was 219..my daily calorie goal is 1420 and I never feel like I'm starving. I'm down to 196 right now. I hope that you keep heading in the right direction with your stomach and health! Thanks for sharing! ~ Stephanie
*Hi Jen! I'm glad you are feeling better. If you don't mind what was the multi vitamin that your doctor recommended for you?*
The brand is bari melts you can get them on amazon
Maybe try putting parsley in a smoothie for iron. It is an iron powerhouse. Kefir, pineapple, wild blueberries And parsley as well as a sliver of ginger
I had bad stomach pain. I had my IGG testes for allergies and realized I was allergic to gluten and soybean. What a difference it made when I omitted these from my diet. I feel better, lost weight, and felt less puffy.❤
Try spinach, green apple, beetroot juice with little turmeric and honey. It will improve your iron level. Wheat grass juice also helps to improve your iron.
I had RNY gastric bypass surgery and I have NEVER heard of Topamax being used for weight loss. I take Topamax and it’s to prevent seizures. It’s indicated to help with migraines.
I was put on Topamax when I had an out of the blue, one time seizure in 2015 and I’ve been taking it ever since then. It never helped me lose additional weight, idk where that comes from!
I had barbaric surgery 10 years ago, and the 800 calories is for the 1st year following surgery, not as far down the line as you are. I typically eat 1500 calories a day because I'm satisfied with that, sometimes go up to 2000, and I've maintained my weight.ive even gone through the stomach issues also .I think you are on the right track using my fitness pal and going to a nutritionist nutritionist. Keep going, stay motivated, and don't give up.
Freudian slip? 😉 (”barbaric surgery")
I guess my phone doesn't like the word bariatric because it keeps autocorrecting 😅
Love the soccer 🥅 shirt
Hey 👋 Jen. I am so glad your stomach is better. I have suffered with stomach issues since I had my gallbladder removed and that was 28.5 years. It has destroyed my life, I feel sick 24/7 and it has never changed. My doctor is awful and basically ignores me, I have had a couple of doctors over this time and none of them did a thing. I eat like a bird no joke I try to have cereal every morning as I have that big word lol gastro something ( really bad reflux disease). If I have cereal then I won’t feel like eating until dinner and because I feel sick it’s hard to find something to eat that won’t make it worse. I am so glad that things have settled because I wouldn’t want anyone to suffer the way I do. Great video I really enjoyed the conversation and how you are feeling better. Hugs 🤗
Oh gosh I’m so sorry! I had my gallbladder out 13 years ago and it helped immensely.
Thank you for mentioning that those medications are tools and how you need to fix the behavior. Weight loss surgery is still a tool. I love your content! Thank you for being open about your experience!
Jen I rarely comment to be honest! But I am an RN who works for a health insurance company... when you started naming the "weight loss drugs", I was like Wegovy, Ozempic! Girl I was literally LOL!! I work in the Medicare population, and just so you know, Commercial which you are on, covers weight loss drugs. Try telling our Medicare members that CMS doesn't feel that weight loss drugs are necessary for Medicare! Yeah! I agree, 800 calories a day? What are we in the 80's again, when everyone was starving themselves on the Mayo diet??? Hello McFly?
Mayo diet lol!!!
I appreciate your opinions about dieting. It would be so easy for you to take meds and lose weight quicker, but you’re right, it isn’t sustainable. Thank you! Glad you’re feeling better.
Hi Jen! Could you share the iron patches you're using please?
amzn.to/3IRktTS
I am a 46 year old female, and tried an 1100 calorie diet for weight loss. It was nearly impossible to do without feeling like you're starving all the time. I could not even imagine eating just 800 or even 1000 calories. How could that be healthy? I feel your pain.
Yes that’s so low!
When I was a child (8-12) the horse doctor we went to put me and my sister on an 800 calorie diet...that was child abuse! Wish the SOB was still alive to press charges! A growing child needs more than that....
@@cindakellogg1307 omg no kidding!
So glad you are figuring out some of the stuff going on!! If you are interested in some info on Topomax.....I suffer from occipital neuralgia and was on Topomax for over 3 years. I lost 75 lbs BUUUUUT, it was not the healthy way. I was bed ridden for 3 months with 24/7 migraines and very little to no food or exercise, and the Topomax makes EVERYTHING taste like metal!!!!! So i had NO desire to eat ANYTHING. The good news is i am no longer on that med AND, I have kept the pounds off 5 years later! 😊
Occipital neuralgia is the worst! I had it a few years ago and was given Gabapentin for it. I hope I never get it again.
Was this a recent surgery .Hope your good ❤
I just bought the mattress 😂!! We were in the market and we really need a new mattress we have had ours for like 12 years!! Thanks for the code!!
I feel you girl. My pancreatitis makes it hard for me to eat anything also. 🤦🏻♀️
In my 20s I took tons of ibuprofen every month for my cramps and it would settle in there and cause gastritis, so it seems like that irritation is definitely residue from the iron pills. Hope you feel better soon.
Jen, could you be sensitive to gluten?
Hi Jen, I watched your video yesterday and I cannot believe the advice these people gave you! What era are these people living in, do they not keep up with modern medicine etc.?? As a type 2 diabetic I've used Ozempic and was sick for months, these meds are no joke and should only be used by diabetics (type 2). Yes I lost weight, no duh I was sick and nauseous the WHOLE time. I stopped using and using a low dose of Trulicity now. Low and slow keep doing what you are doing as a fulltime working mom WITH a YT channel. Only thing I would change (but only my 2 cents) is go slow on the energy/powders etc. AND the low calorie stuff/packaged foods etc. Good luck and I enjoy your videos/journey!
I know you work in the health care field and are very educated and up to date with mediations.
But I’ll tell you from experience. If you decide to go the “Rx” way , mounjaro worked so much better for me than Ozempic…. Side effect wise. Never vomited until I was switched to Ozempic, and that was for insurance purposes. You know how that goes.
I wish you the best!
Wish you the best in whatever you decide!
I have heard good things about Ozempic. Best wishes.
Hey Jen, I, too, have been dealing with chronic iron, anemia and low hemoglobin. I have been doing a ton of iron supplements as well, but more than natural route with using beef liver, which has seem to help. I am a heavy coffee drinker also and probably ingest way more caffeine than I should. I wanted to point this out to you because I know you love your caffeine as well. I was reading, a book the other day on how to fix your iron deficiency, and one of the things that the book said you absolutely should not have is coffee or caffeine in anyway because it actually binds what iron you do have in your body to itself and flushes it out of your body. I was shocked to read that! but I thought I would let you know, as hard as it may be to cut back on the coffee and caffeine. It might help some. Hope this makes sense. I’m voice texting.😂
I developed stomach issues. I have to have black coffee in the morning. What has helped me is eating a few spoonfuls of yogurt first thing. At night I drink water with a little apple cider vinegar. Prilosec made matters worse over time. Good luck!
At 800 calories the dog’s food would start to look tempting! That’s insane!
A friend of m says that Mounjaro is the skinny pill. She also added that the first 45 days were rough. Do you have thoughts on this???
I had the gastric bypass back in 2016. I lost over 112 pounds but for my height, I’m still considered overweight. I haven’t had any stomach problems at all unless I over eat. I have low iron also and have had 3 iron infusions in the last 5 years. I have other medical situations that give me so much problems. Even after the infusions, I don’t feel any different and the fatigue hits me several times a day. Yes, I need to exercise more but because of other problems, I can’t do anything strenuous. Would I do it again, probably so, because I felt like a million bucks while I was going to the gym. I would have continued if I had not injured my shoulder doing extreme aerobics in the pool and had to have surgery. I really need to get started back especially on the treadmill. If I’m consistent, I feel so much better. I do have problems absorbing medications that I take and that has been an ongoing problem. Everything you do is one step at a time. Very interesting perspective from your doctor. Thanks for sharing!! Plus, paying for a membership, I’m more likely to go because I hate wasting money!
Your impression of your kids is spot on how much kids talk about the dinners I make too. 😂
I stopped using and drinking things with alternative sweeteners in it (sucralose, etc) and I haven't had issues with acid reflux in quite a while.
I know it seems harsh and excessive, but if iron infusions are recommended then please do it! I spent 16 months experiencing things that I had no idea were tied to iron deficiency: my skin was discolored, my hair was falling out, I had cramps in my feet and legs every time I tried to go to sleep, I couldn't wash my hair without almost passing out. Jen, you are a very smart woman and you know what is best for yourself, but if you are experiencing these things along with excessive blood loss, then consider getting the infusions. Sometimes we don't know what we are missing, and when you start to feel like your old self again, it will all make sense.
Good morning Jen my doctor have me diet pills but it cause my pressure to go up. I also had the same Bariatric surgery over 8 years ago but I have gained 40ish I got down to 151 but now weight 191. I'm 63 and having the hardest time to lose weight.
I’m a year post op from my vsg. I do the vitamin patches for all of my vitamins. My surgeon suggested 5 days of CrossFit a week….. I rolled my eyes at him and said that will never happen
I’m 76 years old and 5 foot six. I have a very healthy appetite and a huge tendency to overeat. last year I lost 45 pounds. I ate between 800 and 850 cal a day six days a week and the seventh day I ate about 1000. That is the only way I can lose weight. the first couple of weeks I was hungry, but then my body adjusted to lower carbs and lower fat. I didn’t eat any of the bars, I saved my calories for fruit and vegetables, I can honestly say that 90% of the time I was not hungry. if I eat 1000 cal a day I gain weight. I also try to walk between a mile and a mile and a half a day. I ate a lot of chicken and some fish. I did not much eat pork or beef. Back on it now trying to get down to 150. My all-time high was 248. last year I started at 230 and went down to 173. On my way now to 150 with 800 cal a day. My blood levels are all fine. I also took a capsule with iron for a while. It was a vegan preparation. It did not hurt my stomach like the regular iron pills do.
I removed dairy and gluten and eat low carb. Per doctors orders. Basically protein healthy fats veggies nuts seeds and berries. I don’t measure anything and I continually lose weight and never feel hungry. Basically nothing processed.
I'm making this transition myself. The new "common wisdom" (until something else comes along) is that it's often about _what_ you eat as it is about _how much_ you eat. There is accumulating evidence that highly processed foods can be a big part of the problem. That said, we're all different and one person's solution can be another person's downfall. Glad you've found something that works for you.
Jen and family have a great day have fun thanks from Oklahoma
Hey Jen!! I just found out in the last year that I am anemic I actually work in a hospital setting and a couple of the nurses I work with recommended mega food blood builder off Amazon I haven't been consistant but no side effects but one of the nurses she told me that with a month of her taking it she went up to a 14. Maybe something you might want to try. I also had the lap band in 2010. I enjoy your videos thanks for sharing❤😊
I 2nd the blood builder. I couldn’t take the normal iron supplements either, but the blood builder has kept me in normal ranges since I started it about 2 years ago.
Question?? Do the iron patches cause constipation??? I am having that issue...from taking a vitamin. The doctor said today I need another infusion...I will talk to her about the patches. Thanks for all your helpful info...appreciate it. Thanks!
Yes iron pills can causes constipation! I take iron pill daily along with magnesium supplement daily. If I don’t take the magnesium there will be a stomach issue!
Oh you said iron patch, hmm not sure about that but maybe???
The patch doesn’t seem to!
I had WLS and gained my weight back and am working on losing it with WW , walking and water aerobics. My doctor asked if I wanted to try a weight loss medication (not covered by my ins) and we ended up deciding on Contrave. It is lower cost than the injections and has definitely suppressed my appetite. I just feel full so I am not interested in eating ALL the stuff.
Could you eat more calories if you ate less simple carbs
I have tried all the diets...finally decided to try the calorie deficit method. My range is 641 calories to lose 2 pounds a week and 1141 calories to lose 1 pound a week. I have been doing this for a while now and have only lost 3 pounds. If I go over 1141 calories, I gain weight. I get so discouraged doing this. When I say I have been doing this for a while now I mean a few months. I just want to lose 20 pounds and don't think I will ever get there. I feel your pain...at least you are losing...congratulations on your loss so far!!
Oh my gosh how tall are you! That seems so low
I have stomach ulcers and when my ulcers are inflamed I have severe stomach pain along with gut bloating it literally feels like someone is punching me in the stomach I also have. Thyroid disorder which means I have to take Levothyroxine on an empty stomach with only water for at least one hour but I cannot do that it will inflame my ulcers.
Iron pills are BRUTAL on the stomach 😮
Gotta laugh - as the mother of a Goalie also - got shout out because they're either the HERO or the GOAT . . . . . . . LOVE the shirt !!!!
They are the hero!!!
Wow 800 only calories, that’s hard. Have you tried going gluten free? Forgive if I’m mistaken but don’t you take thyroid medication? Some people with thyroid issues (hypothyroidism) are gluten in tolerant and going gluten free helps lose weight helps with fluid retention etc ( I have Hashimotos hypothyroidism and I am gluten intolerant) if I eat gluten I gain 3 to 6lbs and takes me at least week to reset my digestive system again. 🤪 I also take iron supplements, try taking with magnesium supplement it helps!!
13:13 I hear this all the time too 😆
What is in that early bird cocktail. I would try cutting those out for a few days to see if something in there is causing your problem. I know when I have too much Stevia my stomach hurts.
The problem with exercising an hour a day is that you can never stop. It will help with weight loss and maintaining that loss until you slow down or quit. If you quit, the lbs start coming back. I had major abdominal surgery and was unable to exercise for months. All my hard (HARD) work to lose weight was wasted as the lbs came back quickly.
I’ve been on truelicity, for seven years already I believe, it’s really help me lose a lot more weight. But I’m also diabetic so I’ll probably be on at the rest of my life
When I saw the title for this video, my first thought was, "Did you punch him in the face?" Because that's insane. I'm a little bitter about calorie restriction, though, after many years of struggling to lose and keep off weight. It truly seems like, at least for some of us, the only way to keep weight off is to never stop dieting. And that feels terrible to me. So I'm not dieting right now despite being a size that society deems unacceptable (even though my blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. are all fine). Anyway, I wish you all the best on your health journey--you are awesome!
I relate to all of this, it’s so frustrating :(
There's a lot of health experts that think that the less you eat, the less your body will burn, so you end up in the same place.
Have you tried IF? I've been reading/listening to Jason Fung, Mindy Pelz, etc.
I have metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance AND I'm in perimenopause, so losing weight has become almost impossible with calorie reduction. I keep cutting calories more and make no progress. I feel you girl.
I'm trying IF and low carb (but not Keto and not every day.) We'll see.
Two years ago, I lost 54 pounds in 90 days by eating one small meal a day. I did this to prove to my PCP that I could, and he was suitably impressed. But it was no way to live. I felt like an ascetic (see "The Hunger Artist" by Franz Kafka), so I decided to let my body be my guide. Well, thanks, body! I've gained most of it back. My body and "I" obviously have different ideas about my ideal weight. Anyone remember the old "set-point" concept?
Gallbladder scan discussed?
I wanted to know if early bird has other flavors besides blood orange? When I opened the menu on thier website I didn't see anything
They do limited edition if you sign up for their texts
OMG dying laughing at your "complaining voice" hahahahahaha So happpy you are getting some answers Jen....it's so frustrating when they can't pinpoint what's wrong. Hope this helps you!
I have found a lot of sketchy lettuce in prepared salads 😂
Hey, Jen, sorry you have been experiencing stomach issue and iron deficiency. My best friend had gastric bypass 15 years ago and she started having issues of iron deficiency. She went back to her gastric doctor and he said new surgery patients were automatically put on B12 shots once a month after surgery. She is feeling much better now. Wegovy is what they put my nephew's wife on and she ended up going to the E.R. recently due to nausea/vomiting and dehydration. She has lost 20 lbs. so far and is still taking it. My brother is on Ozempic and has lost 50 lbs. He had mild nausea and diarrhea for the first month. He is fine now. I am Type2Diabetic like my brother is and need to lose 100 lbs. I am debating whether or not to take Ozempic. It is very expensive and is not covered by most insurance. Hope all turns out well for you. I enjoy your videos. Get well soon!
Could it be your gull bladder? I heard it’s common after gastric sleeve.
I had my gallbladder out 13 years ago
I had bariatric surgery 8 years ago. I've gained 50 lbs of my 130 lb weight loss back. I was wondering if you still have any stomach restriction left from the surgery. I still have some but I'm having a hard time losing weight. I think I've lost 12 lbs in 3 months! It's so hard. I try to eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Sometimes I wonder if maybe I'm not eating enough calories. Then other days I wonder if I'm eating too much. It's such a guessing game.
I do have some restriction. I can’t eat as much as I used to, but I feel like I can eat pretty normally.
I had stomach problems for 3 years. The doctor did an endoscopy which was normal and multiple doctors said it was GERD. But it turned out to be gallstones. Every time I ate oily foods (even healthy foods like salmon in small quantities) I’d be in pain. An ultrasound finally gave me the diagnosis. Maybe that’s something to consider.
Thank you! I had my gallbladder out 13 years ago
I have never considered a mattress in a box as hubby and I are both plus size. I had heard those kinds weren’t good?
Adam and I are too - the helix plus is for plus size people :) we love it
Do you have a hernia I had pain like that and that's what that was
I got early bird because of you and I noticed I dont have an after lunch crash anymore. How do you get it to not be chalky when you drink it.
I shake it really well and add more water than it calls for
@Jen Chapin thank you I will try that
The hubs had to go to a dietician for a chronic condition and she put him on the Fasting Mimicking diet. It was 800 cal a day for 5 days at a time; 45% carb 45% fat 10% protein. Insane. It's supposed to reduce inflammation and boost immune function plus weight loss. She told him to only do it every other week until maintenance weight and then just once a month after that. I did it with him and we did several rounds for about 6 months. By the end of each 5 days we were starving and the next week we made poor food choices. We didn't lose much weight. Some but not significant.
The next dietician told us that was too restrictive and not productive and to stop. It's hard to know which provider is giving you the best advice. We are just meal planning and tracking calories, etc. He's down 65# and I'm down 40# since August. Slowly coming off but his labs and MRIs have never been better since his dx.
Anyways, are you sure your dr. didn't say 1800 calories? 😂 cuz' that makes more sense. 800 is not sustainable for long and we had no energy to do anything.
Whenever I eat my Taylor Foods salad, I always say "this is gonna give me the meat sweats" 🤪
Yes; I think the natural way of losing weight is so much better. Good luck.
I just had gastric bypass and they said right now I’m low calories but later on I will be up to around 1500
