This has nothing to do with anything but Primaris, in this clip, but does Guilliman not feel like a slowly emerging bad guy? Like he flirted with having his own Empire and in the books and even gets called out and mixed feelings about it, and now here he is making marines that don't follow the codex he himself writ, to control the other chapters. I mean what better way to take over then having sleeper agents that are not bound to the same rules you make to limit your competition. It's why Wolves used to be cool, didn't trust anyone, till people like Duncan gave them jump packs and wanted to put Primaris in everything! Wolves don't trust new or fancy tech Duncan! They hate jump packs and would look at a primaris like, "not my Emperor's Marines." JEEZ GAH Bring back biker Wolves!
tom, if theyre just sitting there talking instead of serving you, you're legally obligated to just walk out. listening to their shit is payment enough.
Answering customer questions is also a part of customer service, and some times no matter how hard you try you can't shake them off. You don't have a 'legal obligation' to act like an entitled jerk just because you have to wait for a minute or two because an employee is currently dealing with a different customer.
