I think it is the traditional Irish Hymn often called the Breast Plate of Saint Patrick... 8th century A D perhaps. The tune is a traditional melody called Slane
beautiful singing! I'd suggest a couple of edits: change the G in the tenor in waKING to an Eb (doubled third), and the chord in preSENCE has no third. Could change tenor to Eb Eb on presence and baritone to C C.
