Hürrem doesn't remember what happened in the Marble Mansion. She gets terrified when he sees the wounds appearing on her body out of blue. As everyone assumes that she has got injured, it turns that she's under a spell. Meanwhile, Rüstem starts looking for İbrahim's lost treasure. Suleiman squares up against Hatice once more. Life turns into a nightmare for Hürrem who is under a spell and she does something that everything stops in harem. Hürrem remembers neither she's gone to the Marble Mansion nor what has happened there. Everyone, especially Suleiman, gets worried about the wounds appearing her body. As Hürrem tries to understand what happened to her, she also tries to stop rumors that will start in harem. İbrahim's shadow continues to appear over the palace. Suleiman falls into a deep silence after his death. Hatice reminds İbrahim to him every chance she gets. İbrahim's lost treasure causes them to square up against each other. Suleiman gets angry because of Hatice's high words. Mihrimah falls deeper in love with Malkoçoğlu day by day. Mihrimah writes one more letter to him as she couldn't receive an answer. When someone else gets the letter, alarm bells start to ring for them. Meanwhile, Mustafa wins general approval by solving the non-muslim dealers problems, especially by Genoese noblewoman Gabriela. She banquets in honors of Mahidevran and Mustafa and this provides her to get closer with Mustafa.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

can we all stop and admire the little boy who plays cihangir? he absolutely nailed his role everytime, wearing the prop and act so well 😍
Isn't it funny how at one point 2-3 years old cihangir brother and sister were like 12 for mehmet, and 8-10 for mihrimah, then mehmet and mihrimah grew by at least 7-8 years, yet cihangir basically didnt grow at all?
And then boom,. cihangir is suddenly an young adult, where rest barely got older?

There was a time when Nigar was my favorite character but now she is getting on my nerves.
Yep. Her whole character regresses as the story goes on, but it's beautifully executed. Every single decision she made lead her to this exact point. She is but a sad shadow of her former self, devoured by grief and mistreatment (maybe even regrets). I also like to think that Sumbul is everything she could have been had she stayed loyal to Hürrem and didn't fall into Ibrahim's web of shadows.

Hurrem is very clever. Even her in her nightmare her unconscious shows her the spell - answer is in the air. Despite her diziness she got to the witch Saliha and almost uncovered her! Being a Sultana is not only a matter of beauty- but also a matter of acute cleverness and perception. Thumbs up!

I think this plot had a huge impact on meryem. It’s the longest hurrem’s been miserable and obviously that would have an impact on the actress’ mental health, having to act out all the stress fear and anger for a long period of time. She did an amazing job and I’m glad she put herself first and received help.
So true it's such a stressful episode...and no one could have performed the way Meryem did...even though she was going through a breakup in her life! Plus she got pregnant too at the same time, must've been crazy 😧

I pity suleiman for his nightmares but wat ibrahim did was too much. He was given so many chances yet he abused it even declaring himself much more powerful than the sultan so suleiman had to end it and execution is the punishment he thinks he deserved. Even if he explained his decision to everyone including his sisters they will still put the blame on hurrem. Thats how much they hate her. Hurrem only need to fight for her safety and her children. She was kind to sultans family and even loved them but never accepted her and tried ways to get rid of her so i can fully understand where hurrems wrath is coming from.

I think that Suleiman didn’t mourn for Ibrahim’s death but for his treason and harsh words. His fate had already been decided the moment the sultan read that script. What ultimately saddened Suleiman is the fact that Ibrahim was able to talk like that about his brother.
He abused the lion metaphor, always used in the family for the sons and for the ruler.

Ibrahim was misguided and it caused huge problems, he should have understood where the limits are, he accepted Suleiman as a blood brother which gave him huge confidence and bravery to say strong words and metaphors (about lion and lion tamer), which made him blind to the dangers and consequences that such words have. He should not have trusted Suleiman so much and his promises. Ibrahim probably thought that Suleiman is not like his father and will never do the things that Selim I had done. His self preservation instincts didn't work because of the naive trust in fake promises and he should have known that not even blood brothers sehzades were safe and would get executed once one of them gets the throne, if Ibrahim was blood brother of Suleiman, he would still probably be executed because Suleiman set throne above everything else.
of course he did but he suffered in silence as he treated ibrahim his own blood but he had to make the right decision. The sultan suffered in silence and the world didn't have to see that. He had to show the world not his tears.
The metaphor that Ibrahim used about the lion and the lion tamer must have been very hurtful to Süleyman and it must have been the straw that broke the camel's back.

yes he is so cute and the Sultan loves him so much. Sultan Suleyman was the one who advised hurrem to get doctors for him to treat the problem with his vertebrate I mean, the spinal cord. It was Suleyman who was there when cihangir was being treated. He actually couldn't stand it that's why he loves cihangir so much because he is not like the other kids. He has a problem with his body. Not all fathers will be like him.

I've grown to really like Fahryie. She was so loyal to Mahidevran and all she did was use her, then just gave her to another Sultana who just used her for her own gain not caring about her at all because to them theyre iust slaves who should just do what they're told and dont ask questions. You could tell, especially at this point, that she was starting to feel guilty for the things she was doing to Hurrem, especially Hurrem telling her to stay away incase she was contagious and didn't want Fahryie to possibly get sick. Hurrems love for her children and Suleyman and her treatment of her servants, actually answering questions when they ask instead of belittling them saying mind your own business and just do what your told I think went a huge way into getting. Fahryie to switch her loyalties.
