- Come along with me while I demonstrate the fun and frolic you can enjoy on a SYM Symba, a 100cc motorcycle modeled on the classic Honda Cub. I ride through lower Manhattan with narration. Shot with a Drift HD camera. (P.S. It wasn't really my 1st ride... but it was only one day after I bought it.)
Ordered mine today in red, with a ten day delivery waiting time, looking forward to having it delivered. It replaces my Honda C90 Cub that was stolen 3 weeks ago !!! :(. Having owned approx 35 powered two wheelers in my 51 years, from 50cc to 1250cc, I can honestly say the Cub and it,s derivatives have given me the most smiles per gallon :), and the new Sym Symba will be a worthy addition to my biking memories when I,m old and grey (not long now) lol.
Super review Rich. I'm going to buy one for the next riding season.
I actually just picked one up from moteretta on college myself: can't wait to ride it! Maybe I'll see you on the road!
Great video Rich. Enjoyed it a lot.
enjoyed your informative video greatly, thank you for the upload.
Toronto looks like a great scooter city. I've been around TO on a bicycle (including those Bixi bikeshare bikes) and it's really fun, so probably even better on a motorbike!
Nice video. I like to hear the motorcycles in a video. I don't like hearing music. I rode a 2007 Royal Enfield for some years too. I found it a very fun ride. I am actually considering a Symba for here on the Big Island of Hawaii. I think it would do well here.
I dream of riding this bike a long distance... maybe I'll ride it to Toronto
Nice ride must be very brave to ride in NY. I'm still getting my motorcycle license hope to get this scooter and ride around in Toronto
They do exist -- I know this because I happen to have ridden past recently and noticed them. I didn't know they were a SYM dealer.
Cool video from sheffield england😃
Sorry just an update from me I did not pass the motorcycle exit road test last month (through the class) my hubby did. As much as I hoped getting the symba I got a honda PCX 150 as the symba would not fit for really tall people :/ it broke my heart I am quite happy with my new scooter it's still a honda :)
I had a black and white in nyc. Looked very bad ass with some punk stickers. Problem is 100cc barely gets it to 45, 30 with bad ny winds. Also it lurches a lot. That said, you can drop it off the Empire State and it'll start right up. Hopefully Honda will re intro the 90. Sym is a quality company but it's very hard to get parts for this bike
You wouldn't happen to know if Zoom Scooter in Maspeth still exists, do you? They appear to be the only SYM dealership in the city.
I have a typhoon 125 that I love but I have been looking at the symba. I wanna shift. Have you had good luck with yours? A dealer here in Ga has a 2013 left over for 2199 I am seriously considering it
