He was brought up in poverty and has made his legacy in the form of millions in donations to various charities, but his more impressive contribution that has reached far more people has been the priceless gift of laughter that will continue to give long after he’s gone. And he does it all while being an offensive ass or an immature child. Absolutely brilliant. And much of it stemmed from a rule he shared with his brother which was more or less to the effect of, “If you think of something funny, you have to say it.” He knows there a huge difference between doing or saying something horrible and making a joke about something that’s horrible. That’s an area many comedians are scared to navigate for fear of backlash, but in all the time I’ve been following him, he’s never deviated from the rule he shared with his brother.

Also he came up with Edgar Allan Poe's big bang theory after he had no means of communication. Just some guy interpreted his grunts.
