Hi Yoduvh, I love the staircase, and the TV wall is just gorgeous. The dining room ceiling looks a little dark for the room to me. The velvet and gold sitting section that's beautiful as well. I just wished your client had changed the dining table and chairs. One part of the house looks modern and the dining table and chairs looks antique. Just a beautiful tutorial and design. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

You are fabulous!! As always you've done an amazing make over with your clever talent but I do want to pass on something I didn't know myself until recently. When you use adhesive for the back of mirrors, be sure it is one that is rated for mirror. Otherwise, over a bit of time the regular construction, adhesive or liquid nails or anything not rated for a mirror will make a dark spot as it eats into the silver backing
