For the Mousse pots:
a total of
200g Dark Chocolate
280g Double cream (300mls)
Method:
Ganache-
200g Dark chocolate
100mls double cream (95g)
Whip:
200mls Double cream
Garnish:
20g Melted dark chocolate
60mls Double cream
