Both of their voices are unique. Lacey's is a bit harder and Jen's is a bit clearer. Or maybe I can just hear Jen's voice more clearly since she is my favorite musician.
When my dad showed me this song I fell in love with it. My dad showed me skillet in 2018 and after he showed me the first song I've heard by them~feel invincible~ i fell in love with you guys a lot and i just had to read more about you guys and I haven't stopped loving you guys since keep doing what you do especially jen ledger. It's hard to pick a favourite usually, but this one is the one song I relate to so much. The idea of having to ignore how people think of you and break free from opinions and mental health is my life in a nutshell. This track does that, with the classic Skillet flare, showing all four of their talents; John's signing, Seth and his guitars, Kori's brilliant mixing and Jen's gorgeous voice and impressive drums - all that combined with Lacey Sturm's angellic voice which blends perfectly with Jen's I love it. Definitely my favourite
My only problem with this song is that the sound Lacey makes at 3:00 right before saying "I will break" reminds me of the sound that old woman made at IKEA when she charged at me and hit me with a chair

I discovered Skillet on iHeartRadio just listening to rock music. Since then I grew to like the band and continue to listen to their music today. I purchased 4 of their albums on CD to support them. This song is classic Skillet style. I like the fact their music stays the same throughout the years. For a Christian rock band their lyrics are great. Their songs have a positive message without making references to God or religion which I don’t prefer in Christian rock songs.
Here he have the proof that it's possible to get a great musical quality no matter the age or time we are right now. It sounds better than a bunch of old songs from them.
