Thanks. I also have Doug Thorley long tubes, Magnaflow catback exhaust, Rick Crawford ram air intake manifold, ported TB, ported & milled (.030") LS3 heads, rotofab CAI, Pat G tune, LS7/4" MAF, and HSRK. I think that's all of my other mods.....LOVE this cam by the way.
No dyno numbers just yet. I keep meaning to schedule an appointment and get it on the rollers but things just keep coming up. It would predict 430/415 or higher (hp/tq).
Sorry for the delay in responding. Yep stock torque converter. It will push on the brakes when the motor is cold, but once it warms up a little it really doesn't. I'm extremely pleased with the cam.
Did you just get the regular dod cam delete kit? And a pat g cam? I got a hold of him, but dont know if I should order a kit off of cl in houston and order a pat g cam? A little heads up please? Thanks
I had changed the springs before, as before the Pat G cam I had a Vector cam in the car. The springs were still fine for the Pat G cam (Livernois duals). I personally think it's mandatory to change the valvesprings out if you're going to swap to any cam other than the factory cam. The factory springs can't handle much more than the stock cam.
Sorry I'm just now responding. You mean cam + heads + headers, catback, intake, CAI, throttle body, MAF, all of it? I'd have to add it all up, as I did it little by little over the years. This was the 2nd cam I put in mine. Maybe around $4k for everything? That shouldn't be too far off.

Nice! I just emailed him last night and am waiting for his reply so I could get the autocal and tune. Just have a solo cat back right now.

So stock converter with what size push rods
Yep I ran the stock converter with this cam. I don't remember what length push rods........maybe 7.40's? I sold this car last year.
Sounds Great, Most have watched this video a dozen times now and it still amazes me. Check out some of my videos and let me know what you think.
Just did. Your car sounds great and put out very good numbers for those mods.
