John, You are a real Fishbrain when it comes to fishing, fishing lures and fish behaviour, and I am not being mean by saying that so please take that as a compliment. You aren't just interested in selling fishing lures, but demonstrate a real willingness to teach others with your detailed explanations and informative fishing videos. Well done I wish you and yours a happy new year as I plan to fun test some of these lures on our monster Victorian Flathead in the next couple of months.
great work as usual John, really interesting content, and very impressed with your views on the high tech techniques of some. loved the ' fishing is as simple as you want it' sometimes the beauty is the simplicity of the adventure rgds
Well i listened to you mate. Back in September i chucked the kayak on the roof. Drove 2500km from Melbourne to Mondy. 2 Hours into day 1 i bagged my first ever barra @ 105. Slow roll troll on a big Placcie at the top of the main lake. Reward for effort i guess is what it is.
Probebly wont be able to get any as Im cash only and live in sweden. :P But I take away alot from this video to my own luredesigns. I experementing with the same type of tail (targeting perch/pike) and want atleast 3-4 different want to rig my lures. The riping away philosofy is somethiing I need to incoperate more. So thank you for sharing, and I'll stick around. :) But don't tell me to not drop my pliers at the worst time becuse I think that's kinda my thing, and I should have put some fome around me net aswell as I donated that to the bottom of the lake just two days ago. xD
have watched the couple of vids u have done n watched Steve talk bout the BB on tackle friday. order will be going in now since xmas has finished for me. love the idea of the 3 in one depth, especially top water. will be using the top water in my home waters of inverell for river cod. the gar is a great color but there is a couple of others i like as well. agree with the life jacket but also the safety lanyard should be used as well to cut the motor off if u get thrown out of the boat or away from the controls. save a mate big problem wen he hit a submerged tree.
