Great review of the new Cayenne TURBO GT guys. It is truly amazing of what the car manufactures have achieved in the last decade with the performance SUVS. Especially the Cayenne. If you have a fast sedan and or estate, don’t underestimate these 5000 lbs plus haulers 😂

There’s no snow mode on any cayenne. Does just fine in regular mode. I live in Edmonton, Canada. Snows here 6 months out of the year. I never have any problems.

I'm in the process of trading in my 22 Cayenne S for a 24 Cayenne GT. ETA about 6 weeks.
Sorry ..The old Turbo did o to 60 in 2. 8 seconds and quarter mile in 11.1..This new one has more power should do 0 to 60 in 2.5 or 2 .6 seconds and quarter in 10.8
I was told the 3.1 0-60 is with rollout so the normal times you see reported would be 2.8ish 0-60..I expect the 1/4 mile time to be 11.0ish.
First time I heard you say a car had Track mode and off road settings 🤔💪

can you manually raise the spoiler in the 2024 model like you can in the 22/23 year models?
I didn’t see it on the menu, but I’ve seen it done in a different video. So I assume yes.
You can manually raise the spoiler on the coupe, but it only goes into a cleaning position, not the fully deployed position

I like the non burble sound of the exhaust more. The sport+ mode sounds too “fake.”
Burble is all real 😀. I always drive with exhaust open. No fake radio engine sound with Porsche.

No. No center back position available in turbo GT
The positioning of the exhaust on the GT means you can't tow anything with it.
Why Tf would u be towing with a supercar

I don't agree with you when you say that this SUV looks better than the Audi RSQ8. The upper rear of the RSQ8 is perfect to even be compared with that of this Car. The spoiler on Audi follows it's shape while that of Cayenne GT looks cheap and boyish instead of matured and sophisticated. Lastly those Audi exhaust on the edge look way elegance and beautiful than these two middle exhaust. I personally think porsche remove the spoiler or resold the upper rear to incorporate a more elegant and beautiful spoiler. And of course put those titanium exhaust on the edge.
I disagree. The cayenne has an active rear spoiler with a little extra black spoiler on it. The spoiler is perfectly incorporated, in fact you don’t see that there is an active spoiler if you don’t know
The RSQ8 has nothing, it’s just a body design
The cayenne has no fake vents. The RSQ8 has fake everywhere and particularly on the rear
For the exhaust it’s preference. The Audi RS exhaust is cool but I prefer this because it’s titanium so it’s change color to be blue it’s beautiful, it has a design reminiscent of the old Porsche race car with small « holes » and it’s a bit like the GT3 with the exhaust on the middle
I think the cayenne has non competitor at the moment it’s clairly the better SUV in every way
The RSQ8 is really good especially for the price and it’s also 10x better than a lambullshitini urus
The urus is the worst sporty SUV you can buy
I was Audi SQ7/8 driver and went with the Cayenne Turbo and never looked back. Fit and Finish is fantastic!

But can you get it with the panoramic sun roof? Carbon fiber roof is cool but prefer the functionality of a sun roof.
Get the regular Cayenne
You can get a glass roof on other cayenne coupe trims but the sunroof only opens up on regular cayennes
Turbo GT is only available with carbon roof

the shifter is ugly and that normally happens when you work too hard. the front is not that beautiful but they ha to change it. the interior yes the additional screen is defiantly beautiful but nothing will ever beat the buttons on the 17

The new Cayenne Turbo GT / Porsche Cayenne in general, absolutely doesn't need any kind of "wow factor appearance", which would be just embarrassingly "Urus-style".... Which by the way wouldn't be German style at all.
Because Porsche is about realism, not fantasy...
The new Porsche Cayenne is absolutely superior in terms of SUV combined with true sports car capabilities. Its absolutely perfect steering, a brandnew two chamber/two valves air suspension.... These things REALLY matter to Porsche and its customers!
What Porsche certainly doesn't need at all is a totally idiotic "wow factor appearance", made for just a handful of idiots, who prefer a totally ridiculous Lambo-style and "compensation something" attitude...
Porsche really understands what customers really need and think about such a high performance SUV.
The Urus maybe is good for a handful of younger and flashy but totally superficial people of "generation RUclips", but 95% of really interested customers of these kind of vehicles will take the Cayenne Turbo GT over the Urus. This is just how reality works....
Sorry, all you "flashy and cool" people... who need a "wow factor appearance".
"Pimping up" your appearance or even life with a quite ridiculously/embarrassing looking Lamborghini Urus isn't this kind of thing, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT customers are interested in.
The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT is simply a way better vehicle than the Lamborghini Urus. Porsche is the way better engineered and built SUV.
By the way: if you really prefer THE ORIGINAL, you won't take the Urus, because Lamborghini is just a customer of Porsche in so many engine/transmission things in their SUV line up.
The Cayenne V8 engine was engineered, developed and made by Porsche/Audi, but not Lamborghini.
The Lamborghini Urus engine spec is years behind the brandnew Porsche Cayenne V8 engine/transmission spec.

This is a lousy review. These guys don't understand what they are testing. I have a fully loaded 2023 Cayenne TGT, which I had to special order from Germany. The car is INSANELY fast and smooth. You can be going 100 MPH, but is so smooth and handles so well that you don't even realize how fast you're going . It will out run nearly all of the mid-tier high performance sports cars, and a few of the high-end super cars. It's easily the fastest SUV ever produced, and can even out run a Tesla Model X (not the Plaid) - see numerous shootouts right here on RUclips. I like the 2023 model much better because it has the stick shift, and can be driven in full manual mode using either the paddle shifters or the stick shift. I'm an old school petrol head and have never even driven mine in automatic mode - strictly stick shift.
Agree. They are selling it short. I have just a regular Turbo Cayenne and it is startlingly powerful, and handles insanely well. But yet it is an amazing grand touring, winter and towing machine. People who haven’t experienced this level of performance just can’t understand when you say it’s like a sports car. I also agree about the shifter… big fail for the new version. I love driving mine in manual mode also, and resting my hand on the shifter in stop and go traffic feels so natural, especially since I am an old petrohead as well.
I have a 23 turbo GT, I sincerely hope they do not lose the ice engine anytime in the near future. And regarding the Tesla, if you’re driving in a straight line under 100 miles an hour the tesla does well against it. Take a corner or put on the brakes and the Tesla is dust compared to this car. Also, you’re comparing a car that’s 1/4 the quality of Porsche.
As a non Porsche person I am staring at it thinking "It looks exactly the same as the others" while you talk about how it looks different. 🤣🤣 Personally I would never pick this over a Lamborghini though. (unless I couldn't afford the Lamborghini and had no choice)
For 120k, there are a lot of choices. For the 250k of the urus, you have more choices

Porsche is better. It’s faster in a drag race and if you’re at a light. The tech is amazing with the 3 big digital screens. Fastest Nurburgring time ever for any suv so it’s amazing on corners. I think it’s better than the urus in every way.

I get what you are saying but if you compare it to the old one it’s much better. I think the white color kills the style of this car and looks much better in a different color.
