Jackie, my friend, I NEED you to embrace your natural texture! Your curls are beautiful!!!!! Loved the volume and curl pattern! 😍. So happy you had a blessed and fun trip. Stay blessed 💕
This was fun to see. You ate exactly what you wanted when you wanted on vacation. A true vacation! As much as you could with the hurricane, I mean. Glad to see you were still able to have fun with the awful weather!
This is one of THE most inspiring and FUN videos I’ve ever watched on IF. Jackie, you are amazing and you’re starting a revolution in the BEST possible way. 🤗💯
Thanks for doing this video! Looks so fun; we are going to Disney CA during Christmas time, can't wait! You have been soooo helpful and fun to watch on my fasting journey, 16 lbs lost and I am headed toward maintenance. Thank YOU so much! xxoo
Thats what I do right now...pushing through...so far been fasting since yesterday from 1300...now its almost 0800...so lets see how long i can go!!! Pushing though💜🙏
Wow! Amazing trip and family!! I never eat that much when I’m not fasting lol! I am surprised your tummy didn’t rebel after all the time you fast. You have an amazing family!! You are an inspiration as to what you can do when you set your mind to it!!!
Thanks so much for sharing this exciting, memorable and challenging trip! I love that you were able to carry on in spite of the daily instability~vacay, tempting foods, and of course our friend Ian! Very inspirational! Thank you pretty lady! Beautiful family!
Oh my goodness! How fun!! How exciting!! Thank you for sharing this! It was so good to see! I love love love this lifestyle! Love seeing you enjoying your hard work! I’m so sorry the hurricane put a damper on your trip!
Girl I just love your videos I appreciate you so much! The freedom you give yourself is soooo refreshing! You help me know I can have it for myself too!
Thank you soooooooooo much for sharing!!!! I love watching your vid's, they really inspire and encourage me. My family and I will be on vacation at wdw in (2 wks and you gave me/us some great ideas! so excited! we reside in FL, and we could only manage 3 days but it's still enough time to get some fun in and make some wonderful memories;-)))). I'm going to enjoy the time/food, and get back to it when were back home.
So glad you did this video! I absolutely love Disney and the Disney food is one of my favorite parts (I went three times in 2022 and twice in 2021). We are from south Louisiana so hurricanes are something we are very familiar with. In 2021, Hurricane Ida displaced us from our home for 16 days. After 9 days in a condo in Orange Beach, AL, we decided to drive the rest of the way to Disney and spent the second half of our time there (it was mid-September when most crowds are minimal and we had friends who evacuated there from the start). Those same friends have actually been in Disney during a prior hurricane and we always joke we’re going to go there next time they get a hurricane (they really go over and above to make sure you are comfortable, safe, and still have fun with characters, activities, etc). My cousin and his family were there the same time you were and are going back in May with the tickets they received from the party rain out (they still went as well), and the closed park days. ❤
OMG - thanks for sharing your vacation. It's been years and years since I've been to Disney World. Wow. What fun. You guys really had a wide variety of yummy foods. Looks like everyone had such a good time. All the treats looked scrumptious! Glad the hurricane didn't ruin your vacation
Love this video! My hubby and I are Disney fanatics….We go for a few days on average every 6 to 8 weeks. I try my best to fast as long as I can each day while there, but some days I do allow myself to have breakfast. We wake up and go to the gym most days, so I shoot for completing that and not eating until we get into the parks early afternoon, but if that doesn’t work, who cares right?! Just like you… Back to my normal schedule when I get home. I rarely gain any weight on these trips, maybe a half a pound or a pound that’s likely inflammation or fluid and comes right off. I’m glad you guys enjoyed your vacation and weathered the hurricane OK AND didn’t deny yourself all of the delicious Disney fare ❤Welcome home!
Probably my favorite video so far.ha. LOVED seeing all the good food and hearing your commentary. Just curious how you PLAN a Disney trip like that. We live 6 hours north of Orlando and could easily drive there; but what to see and do once there is my question. Oh yeah, the cone taco looked AMAZING!
Love you channel! The family and I are planning Disney for next fall so I was thrilled you posted your experience thank you! We had a mini vacation this past week back to fasting windows! Just starting down days this coming week !
This was so awesome to see! I appreciate you taking the time to vlog on your vacation! It reminds us that we need to live, especially on vacation! We went to the smoky mountains this year and I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and it was incredible! Ps….on vacation it’s common that you will walk A LOT! That definitely counters excess calories 😂
Glad y’all enjoyed your vacation! Your hair seems to be so curly! I’m guessing maybe the humidity brought it out but in a couple clips you had very curly hair. I love it! ☺️
All that food looks so amazing! I'm so glad you had a great time with your family (who are totally adorable, I might add.) I am looking forward to your adjusting videos. I have fallen off the fasting wagon and it's been a real struggle to get back on. Trying to do anywhere between 16 hours (when I'm not working) and 20 hours (when I am working, if I can make it fasting all the way through work.) So yeah, it's been hard. It seems like anytime I get good at fasting, I fall off, and then my willpower just drops out of the window. 😂
may I gently help you reframe your thinking to not think "falling off" the wagon but that today is a new day. just focus on one day at a time. it's really a lifestyle and not a diet. no "falling off," no "sinning," or "counting calories." just focus on the time when you eat and when you don't.
@@agithehun Thank you! 😊 I don't really feel guilty when I do it, but it seems to come from a place of self-sabotage. Or something along those lines. I'll do really well (I've gone from size 18 jeans to size 14 jeans with IF) and then just throw it all to the wind. But I'm working on it. This week is the first week where I will have a consistent work schedule, so I am hoping to make it work for me and stay on track.
@@chandae17 It's really a journey. Enjoy the fast, the feast and repeat :) (jus like the book title). Once your body adapts (don't know how long you've been doing IF) it becomes second nature. And like with everything in life: give yourself a hefty amount of grace :) You've got this.
Did you ever weigh yourself after your holiday. I’m fasting 12 weeks and lots 12 lb thank God x I love fasting and find you to be a big inspiration to me, thank you. I’m going on vacation in two weeks so I’m assuming I’m gonna get to my first stone loss 🎉 we are going away for a week and I’m worried how much I’m gonna put on. I was gonna try doing 2mad 😅 to save some of the damage x
I KNOW you are not trying to get "weighed down" by a diet mentality and you are trying to show (well, I think) the flexibility of IF BUT I'm curious to know if your weight fluctuated after a week of more relaxed eating. How long did it take to transition back to OMAD and to your normal weight. (Actually my husband wanted to know this as I told him about your video and the flexibility of IF.)
People asking if you weigh yourself after the trip 🤔. I mean of course you would weigh more. You ate more than you usually do. If you drink a gallon of water and then go weigh yourself you will weigh more. Now did you GAIN FAT from all that food, maybe a little. But not enough to ruin your progress. Weight is just a nomber to reflect how heavy your body is not how much fat you have. If your clothes still fit good than you are good.
Yes!! It's a must. We're not in a good sit down eating phase, plus we all wanted different things. What do you recommend? We have two park passes we missed and were extended, so we'll be back within a year!
@@FastingFoodie we loved Raglan Road Irish Pub…Irish dancers and singers, good food and Harp beer on tap which is the only beer I like. The House of Blues is good. Nothing too fancy, but delicious. The Rain Forest cafe has an outside area on the lake with good drinks and the Volcano going off. Thanks for your inspiration! I have PCOS and have been fasting 18/ 6 but really averaging over 20 for 3 months. I don’t weigh but measure and have lost dress sizes. I love that you vlog regularly. It keeps people motivated and excited to fast. Glad you made it out safely from Florida. We have stayed in many of the places affected and it is sad to see the devastation.
Nice to meet you at the Magic Kingdom on the Barnstormer 👉 15:54 - ruclips.net/video/PR8oeSjgLe0/видео.html We don't review too many breakfast places, because we do Intermittent Fasting as well! 🙂
This vlog was really encouraging for me to see. I was doing 18/20 hours fasts very consistently then I got pregnant and I’ve had to adjust my eating window quite a bit! Have not been able to fast as long because of nausea and what not. Very thankful to see how realistic this vlog was and how you catered it to fit your family time and vacation. 😁

hi, can you explain what 18/20 hours fasts mean? does it help with weight lost?
I love your “what I eat” videos. The best model of moderation for weight maintenance I’ve seen by far. Thank you. ❤ We’re locals, and we frequently go to Disney for hurricanes, because they are so fortified, it’s a completely different world during a hurricane. People all around Disney lost their homes last week, people being rescued by boat, we couldn’t leave our house for days because the water was so high, and just got our utilities back 2 days ago. But at Disney, guests had a sleep and went for lunch. They keep Disney remarkably removed from the real world around them. Watching your video made me wish we were there again this time for 🌀Ian!
And steal my joy of the trip?! No way LOL - but all my clothes fit well. I'll proably weigh myself after my next cycle. If it's normal then, I'll feel it was successful!
This is crazy. Never ever happened here at Disneyland and we’ve had annual passes umpteen times through the years. No wonder why everyone hates California 😂

Amazing to see all the fun...i live in fl and was so lucky to always have season passes when my kids were young...

@15:36 what polish brand & color are you wearing, it's so pretty???
Your curls are FABULOUS! Do you ever go curly or do you always straighten it?
I like to put the Mango Chili LMNT on an avocado. It’s delicious!

I've never been to Disney Land!
We live 5 hours from DL. We try to go yearly. 💜🥳
How long did it take you to readjust ? To not be hungry while fasting? I don’t do well with that.
Everything you had at Disney Springs I hadn’t had. We usually sit down at 1 of the restaurants. Fun to see what you got….you have to live.
Yes!! It's a must. We're not in a good sit down eating phase, plus we all wanted different things. What do you recommend? We have two park passes we missed and were extended, so we'll be back within a year!
