- Hello everyone. Hope you are all doing great. In this video, i have tried my best to show the features of ecovacs deebot 500. Is the vacuum robot industry finally ready for prime time in india, or do we still need more cheaper options?

No, maybe you can try modding it unofficially (not sure). But i would recommend going for a mop version

@@AmitojSinghTech bhai will it go back to charging dock after cleaning home? Or we need to manually stop and press home button? My deebot 500 is not going back to charging dock automatically, i doubt any issue with ny device. Please share your suggestion.
@@ratheeshkr3570 hi bhai, it will go to dock automatically if the battery dies. If the battery is still left and it is cleaning, then you will have to send it manually through remote or the button on the device👍🏻

Hi, I have this machine for the last 1 1/2 yrs.it was working well,but from the last week it is not sucking the dust well.changed the brush and all.but still the problem is there.do u have any suggestions how to rectify this issue.
Hey, I think maybe the actual vaccum part needs to be serviced, but not sure. Better to get it checked at the service center

Very good explanation. I bought it on amazon for 12500 offer price. Just used it today. One question is, if the battery becomes low, when it is cleaning under double cot, will it get stuck? Also there was a tape in the brushes (circular brushes) which came off! Was it an extra thing that had to be removed before using or have I got a problem? I could still operate it and clean the house. Please advise
It should not get stuck if battery gets low because it will decrease the speed of its brushes dramatically. Yes I think we have to remove that tape before operating. Don't remember if my unit had those👍🏻

Don't use it on wet floor, not recommended
My first day use it did not go to the other rooms and kept vacuuming in the same room. Any pointers.

Hello. I have a couple of questions and would be grateful if you could reply:
1. I read somewhere if there is a powercut or the plug is switched off it starts cleaning...I live in a place where there are frequent powercuts, so is there a switch on the robot which I can use to keep the robot inactive during power outage?
2. Is it able to clean the whole room by it self or does one have to constantly monitor?
Yes unfortunately that is an issue, I had connected it to a plug which is on inverter so never noticed during power cut, so you can press on the power button on top of the robot to turn it off. It can easily clean the room by itself, but make sure there is no such thing on the floor which might get stuck in it like a small cloth👍🏻

How it is working now, How long you are using it (when you bought it )as it has no service center in India. What's your opinion.
Working great so far, I had some issues when it got tangled with the sides of the carpet, which did damage the front sweepers, but thankfully official replacement packs are available through amazon😀

Just had a question. How good is its vacuum when it comes to hair? does hair gets tangled up in the roller brush?
Yes it does! But the inbuilt cutter in the cleaning brush will help you remove it very easily😀

Yes it foes remove dog hair, but make sure to check in between the cleaning process that it doesn't get stuck in the front dual brushes. Lint is also picked up well, from app set the vacuum power to maximum👍🏻😀

Can you pls tell how much Square feet can it cover?
It can cover as much square feet as you want, efficiently I would say not more than 3000sq ft. You might have to guide it manually for area above 3000 sq ft as it will miss some spots. This problem will not occur in the higher end models which have the S shape cleaning algorithm which can cover as much area as you want efficiently 👍🏻
