@@Fettley Nah, both MG Granddaddy OYW PS2 Game and OYW Game Anime Color ver (reviewed on this video) are based on 1.5 version. The difference is only a color, OYW Game version are quite pastel-ish and the OYW Game Anime Color version came with strong, anime-like color which then adapted on MG 2.0 version. Both OYW version is quite upgraded with almost entirely new parts, except pre-assembled leg frame from 1.5 version, which making them quite like 1.75 version.

This is a underrated classic from the pre ver 2.0 MG .
I love this version, the build feels very firm
If you want the best articulation, other Origin version which had two build options and isn't as grenade-like as the v3.
Probably will at some point but would like the Ver Ka next
you must have a defective kit. my 3.0 is fine, just finished it recently too
correction the 1.5 comes with another a different figure of amuro without the little base (i think it was the one included with the 1.0)
most detailed RX-78-2 as MG? I think the MG 3.0 Version has way more colour separation and way more detailed.
I probably shouldve said Surface detail, the 3.0 definitely has the most colour separation and panel separation
This MG on same price with Nu Ver.Ka in my local hobby shop....damn....even it just 1.5 version....

Afaik the OYW uses the 2.0 frame
I haven't built the Ver ka yet, but more decals, Has a core fighter separate to the body different styling
