They even had enough money and room to help out a struggling family member. Middle America used to be like this🇺🇸🦅

I liked that even though they had their vices and mistakes, like real hhumans, they were never potrayed as just "bad" for what they believed in. Yes, the show made fun of some of those aspects, like the laughs in this scene when the audience catches on before Hank, but even though in some episodes they grew in dealing with people with different beliefs, they didn't have to change their minds about right and wrong. Peggy still thinks what Nancy did was wrong for instance and the characters don't have to become comfortable with the idea of Luanne sleeping around. They aren't forced to agree and can stick to their beliefs. I like that
