This is one of my go-to videos for learning Sound Forge Pro. This gentleman Carlo is a pleasure to watch & listen to every time. He just has a knack for making it fun, doesn't he?
Thanks for your great video and the excellent presentation. I am trying Sound Forge 16 and I like the vocal detection feature. What I would love to see is that each vocal region gets a label with a timestamp from beginning to the end of each region and then let me export all the vocals regions as individual files. Sound Forge doesn't seem to have this but perhaps with your experince in audio editing, you can suggest a different software application that can do want I want. Thanks again.
hallo, i have slices my audio with word/region function in 5 pieces......it is posible to save every slice as extra audiofile? cant find the option for this.
In the previous version, there was a favorite in the FX plugin, so I could find and use my frequently used plugins at once without clicking multiple times, but in 16, this favorite does not exist. How can I find a pluggin every time, don't use it, and use it right away?
I bought a Sound Forge pro 16. And then I tried to delete some part of my song and the sound began to skip and click. My song is corrupt and I never use this. I had Sound Forge 13 and I still use this one to do my jobs. I spent my money for nothing with 16. So I ask you to resolve my problem if you can.
i tried normalizing my one folder that has 444 music in it, to equalize the all the sounds to the same level, those music i used to play in my serato, when i was done finishing the normalization and played it back to my serato, all the waveform was all gone instead it gave a plane line on each music, this was upsetting!, tried contacting them but there was no way, i want to ask the support team if they can return everything to original but it keeps on giving me error when i tried to register.
I just bought and downloaded and installed Sound Forge 16 Pro BUT, when it got all done & I am looking for it in my programs it's NOTHING listed as "Sound Forge"!! I looked in the Program Files folder and there are iZotope, Steinberg, eLicenser, Common Files & Celemony that are new today, but NOTHING, labeled "Sound Forge". SO, did I just get screwed? What did I do wrong?
When creating a layout or just moving tools around you can also "resize" them for further tweaking. I collapsed the meters view to see more of the audio waveform that's all. You can simply drag it to almost any size you want but it will often "hide" some of it's features when condensed to small. The cleaning tools are very good for most users needs. They can always be upgraded if necessary or just use other third party plugins within Sound Forge... Thanks!
@@CarloLibertini I was talking about the meters flickering like crazy in the first half of the video. I dont think the magix cleaning plug-ins can be upgraded , the ozone ones yes
I didn’t notice them flickering on my end. Could’ve been a RUclips thing? Thanks for letting me know! And yes the ozone ones can be upgraded that’s what I meant. I hope to do another lifestream regarding Sound Forge again. There’s a lot to cover.
@@CarloLibertini If it was a youtube thing the whole screen would be flickering not only the meters. It seems some problem with Sound Forge. I was refereing to DeHisser, DeClipper, DeNoiser, and DeClicker/DeCrackler plug-ins. Those are not ozone but part of magix and common with samplitude and Sequoia. I guess if they are part also of Sequoia they must be rather good. I think sound forge has only three of them , not the DeNoiser.
Hello everyone from the Czech Republic. The program has an ugly design. It reminds me of programs from the second half of the nineties. Including toolbar.

Any song I record on Sound Forge 8 now sounds extremely tinny. Any advice?
