    Just tried this last night! So delicious and crunchy! The texture was perfect. I did not think it was that easy to make mochi lol. Thanks for yet another amazing recipe!

    Thanks for this. Note: Cake flour is made with lower gluten wheat where as bread and pizza flour are made from high gluten wheat, normally something like winter wheat or red wheat. The difference gives less chew to cakes.

    Some favorites would be; Egg Tarts, Dragon Fruit, Moon Cake!!! South Korean favorites would be Yakgwa (Honey Cookie) & Hotteok (Sweet Pancake).

    Looks tasty! I just made HK egg waffles last night and still trying to get it right (wife says they're too cakey). I wouldnt dare try adding mochi yet.

      Try this batter without the mochi! This is our regular batter so it’s good by itself too!
