Yeah. You're supposed to be wearing gloves, a hair net and now not one but 2 masks! I say we should cut to the chase and wear a dozen.
Nice to see you James. Not freaked out. My pizza dough spends at least 3 days in the fridge. I've made bread for a lot of years. In fact, I used to teach bread.
Love your sense of humor. Bread and brain surgery require the same level of training, right?😉

@@powerplantop Yes. Me too. I've worked with yeast since I was a little kid. It doesn't take a million dollars worth of tools.
I was thinking after I left that comment, there is/was a video where this woman was baking something and her cat was walking around in the floor. I said something about it being unsanitary and was told I'm rude.
