Fyi when you do lymphatic drainage the first thing you should do is work on your chest not necessarily w the roller hands are fine just tap over your chest and around your clavicle lots of nodes around the clavicle then start your rolling because into the chest is where all that drainage is going and bring absorbed

An ice roller with flat sides will not roll. I’m pretty sure the companies making them are smart enough to figure that out. I have never seen a roller with flat sides 🙄

This one isn't the beauty blender dupe. I'm ride or die for the inexpensive ones. I tried this one so maybe yall don't have to. I always share when I pick up something new yall may be interested in. Cheap ones, still superior. I had just grabbed this prada one and shared my initial thoughts on the shape and how it works when you first get it. I've used it for several weeks at this point and while the shape is unique, it holds up exactly the same as any old makeup sponge (no surprise). As always, make your own decisions! xo
I thought you didn’t give skincare recommendations until you’ve tried a product for a while? We are 3 weeks into March and you said you bought all this in March. You yourself, have said it takes quite a bit of time to use a product before you know if it works and how your skin will react. Seems a bit hypocritical/contradictory
Hey! Context matters for the new stuff- some stuff was new, the OLD favs (tried and true) are things I've used for years which over half of these things were. Just a few new things I picked up. Hope that helps you understand. xo
