I would suggest getting insurance before performing any work with a a heavy probably forming an LLC. We live in a litigious society, unfortunately after all. Can’t wait for your marketing ideas.

By labor do you mean dollar amount per hour? Or per linear foot?

Total labor cost, so hourly plus payroll tax burden plus benefit cost.
