    Hello
Question, what is the best laser head and lens series to use in a 6040 CNC laser cutter ? Cloudray propose many series (C, K, E) and I don't know what is the best choose for my future homemade cutter.
I will cut and engrave wood.
    Thank you

Here's a link to the previous video in this series, which includes the pictures showing the distorted spot size from poor 3rd mirror alignment:

I have a strange issue where all the mirrors seem to be aligned, but only on three corners of my laser. Top left near and far, bottom left near and far and bottom right near and far all line up and hit the center of the head. But as soon as I move it to top right far, the beam travels a full 5mm to the left (looking at the head from the front of the machine) does this sound like a beam angle issue or more of a physical gantry skew?

Did you find a solution to this?

question, using your tool, i get drift from mirror 3 to 2 left to right... To fix, do i adjust the angle of the mirror 3 housing? I cant get it dialed in with the mirror adjustment screws

Did you ever figure out how to fix this? I got the same problem. The beam will stay aligned when the head is closest to mirror 2 untill about 3/4 of the way down to the right side of the machine!
