Going to have to down vote on the fact you didn’t actually review the set as they come, you changed out the blades. So they are no longer the original product but a custom set up.
I experienced the same thing when I changed the blade to the fade blade on the clipper but when I switched back to the wedge blade it mowed through hair extremely easily and smooth and even became quieter. I don’t know why that is but that was my experience. LOVE that clippper
I did the exact same thing to my lo pro trimmer and clippers. The gold blade hits better on the trimmer then the DLC blade. The fade blade cuts cleaner than the stock blade but doesn’t always go through bulk easily like a senior. I think if the clipper had more power my seniors would be benched.
I actually went for the Rebels and still have my Seniors (2nd gen. w/ fade blade) I don't see any reason to go for these but if I didn't have my Seniors I might consider them. They are a bit pricier but they have that premium look about them just like the Seniors do. I don't know if they are going to drop colors for these but the black is cool, but everyone knows that they can go crazy with the FX's, maybe that's down the line.
@@kingmelifestyles I think we are approaching a new age of machines where the Rebels are making me question is more power actually good? Like when are we going to ask if this is too powerful and locking out a certain range of the barber community. I don't feel that clipper is for the newcomers to the game and feel like I have to pay attention more with them. I kind of like that I can take my time with the Seniors and see the blend coming and make adjustments when needed. Just depends how I feel that day I guess. But I love them both for different reasons and me personally I wouldn't buy anything much stronger than the Rebels, too light and too strong and can easily lead to mistakes there are no way back from, ya know.

i have been cutting since the70s and i allway use Andis master and seniors the Babyliss is the knew guy on the block i just purchase the knew LO pro i havent use them yet buy ill post the results

I bought the rebel and lo-pros, and ended up selling my lo-pros cause I like the rebel so much. Its all preference though, there isn't an objectively better choice. They both fade well, and both have some pros/cons.
Why does everyone who reviews these products claim that the housing is metal? Only the plate on top is metal, the rest is plastic. Most of the casing is plastic, not metal....
Why that headline for the video. The hate on babylisspro is real its well known they have the game in a cobra clutch yall just getting paid to hate babylisspro doesn't have to pay to make money the product sells its self
I won’t be buying this clipper because of that plastic price that holds the blade and attach to the motor arm , that piece don’t pay long at all , the small round plastic thing inside it errods so fast !! .. no thank you

The orginal blade on the clipper actually goes through bulk easier than the fade blade. The fade blade is set up for a more finesse detailed job.

I would use "crown or clown;" it flows and sounds better than crown or trash.

The lo pro clippers have more power for fading than the Wahl magic clip clippers
