Can we maybe get a little guide on how you cut and joined the individual parts of the lamp pole together? This is an awesome build. Would love to see if I can pull it off.
Very cool build I love the bulb you used it is great, I think it would look even better if you used a pendant that was angled instead of round to match the angled stand and bulb. Still the color contrast on the walnut, pendant, and bulb looks amazing it came out really good
Hey, I actually used two pocket holes at each bend. You cant see them because I used black epoxy over the holes and sanded smooth and then the back side of the lamp is finished black so it all blends in. It was one of my first videos so some of the build details were missed, future vids will be a little more clear.
Aahh brilliant, thanks for getting back to me. I’m going to make my own take on this next week. Going to make it from dark Oak and finish the top with the cable over a brass pulley though. Il post a picture if it’s a success.
Awesome build! I can see the inspiration from the Arco Lamp by the Castiglioni brothers. There’s a video in my channel talking about the original, iconic Arco Lamp.

Great idea!
Can you show us how you made the lamp pole from scratch? That seems to be a difficult part of the project. Thx
This. One of the best lamps I've found online, but there was no step-by-step on probably the hardest part of the build.

Hey, yes good suggestion on the angled pendant, it likely would flow a little smoother. Thanks for watching!
Are your pieces of wood tapered off at the ends? It's a really slick design.
Hey Caroline, yes it is tapered, thanks for watching too!
Really interested in what joint’s you used on the angles?

Thanks for sharing Matt! What are all the products you used for this build?
Hello, I updated the video description to show the parts used as well as the amazon links. Thanks for watching!
