What is podium training?
I did say at the end of the video. Podium training is testing the apparatus we will be competing on

@internetmaster1 Thank you I guess I thought of the podium of the steps where you get your medals...1st, 2nd or 3rd! I now realize after watching the vlogs of these amazing gymnasts that is where their apparatus is. Probably an American thing. I also didn't know what a jumper was...lol!
