I recently received a small bonus for reaching three years with my company, and the level of passive and outright aggression I've received from my coworkers is INSANE. One of them asked if I really wanted to be there, that she was willing to take my shift if I just wanted to go home. It was so blunt that I couldn’t help but laugh in her face. They’ve been getting desperate, and a few of them have developed illness which I believe to be karmic in nature.

One coworker recently told me "you're too good to be working here, you make the rest of us look bad in every way". Nearly 3 long years at this current job and i still take my lunch break in my car on my own.
Still no solid connections with these people outside the workplace. It's super strange since i'm seemingly the most popular person there by far, during work hours. This girl there, she's cute and has been showing immense interest since the start, helping and complimenting me even winking and blowing kisses my way but even she flaked on me when i asked her to lunch recently.
I'm hoping she's different as we have some things in common, she has her own side hustle but i think some people at work are sabotaging our connection or she just doesn't have the guts.
Job hopping seems to be the key so far, i don't stick around long term and i'm on the lookout for another job once again before $hit really hits the fan...

While others have been trying to destroy my reputation, although lately these people have been disappearing so things are getting better overall. Karma is real i guess. The girl is gone too it appears she has been inflating her own value with lies and was not who she said she was. Shame though, i liked her and wouldn't care if she didn't have a dime to her name aslong as she's honest. Still take all my breaks in the car, staying out of the gossip and drama while working hard, at work and on myself. The money has been worth it, just barely.
That title, yes. I have my thing i'm working towards outside of work but in the meanwhile, you got to find away to use that energy to your advantage while you're there. I don't get driven out, so i've seen a few seasons now of the outcome playing the long game in these work places.

I just told my manager “NO!!! THAT DOESN’T WORK FOR ME. She proceeded to tell me again she was going to take away another half hour from me to pick up specimens as a medical courier 🚚. I REPEATED, “NOOOOO! THAT DOESN’T WORK FOR ME.” She tried to convince me I was sitting in a parking lot for two hours, I explained that is impossible and I whittled off my locations and times I pick up. She said “well, I’ll just keep you at 2:30. Now this was after she withheld my wages from a paid time off Saturday. She said she thought I switched my Saturday with my coworker when she knew another driver worked for me and the whole week was a PTO!!! She tried playing me and she was absolutely SHOCKED that I called her out. Don’t let anyone play games with you and your paycheck. 😮😮😮
I use to go through the same thing and when your other co-workers want time off , they give them all the time off , even sick pay. Let a chosen one ask for time off they look at you crazy

I can't believe I've always felt myself an outsider for years but inside I knew I was a real one. Like someone who is not brainwashed and a sheep to join the group in everything they say. I'm here in 2024 and everything is true on me. Colleagues and managers, even directors (the next step over the manager) are afraid of me. They've tried to kick me out from this office job but a director saved me. It was 2 years ago and ppl are still cannot accept it. It feels like doesn't matter how kind and helpful I am, they're always backstabbing me. Telling me lies is like a common sh1t for them, etc. This feels so good and so bad at the same time. I know I'm right but I cannot process the hate against me while I'm calm, accepting everyone and trying my best to help everywhere in this corpo job. Looks like rudeness, spreading gossips and licking the balls of the leaders are getting you higher, not the honest working force. Sh1t I'm gonna leave this crap hole as soon as I can. Right now I'm very much in need of the high corpo money..

Majority of chosen ones are in indefinite isolation sentence which can last many decades. And Working a 9-5 is isolation wether you believe it or not. And If you find yourself in the workplace it is because that’s where you belong for that time being. You’re there for many reasons. You’re there to learn lessons that will set you up for the next level. As a chosen one If you ever leave this 9-5 in a arrogant disrespectful manner you’re guaranteed to return to another 9-5 or worst 12am -8am.

Just imagine Jesus working ate a warehouse... I don't even want to talk about it. Let's just say I am a little overqualified for that position. I would be working after getting high during break and I would still come back in and run the table. I can't go back to a warehouse. 99.99 persent of employers don't deserve me. I am capable of making bank working at any company and they do don't like admitting that I am better than they are at their own job. I won't work for less than $40 an hour now with the economy inflating like a balloon and all. I can make $40 without trying sometimes. There are plenty of good generous people out there. Don't ask and thou shalt receive. At least that's how it's been lately. I think people just feel sorry for me because they can't imagine living on the street. I am use to it by now. I can do damn near anything. I don't really want to do anything though with the economy the way it is. psh.
