In this video we will show you where the transmission fuse is located on Chevrolet Cruze. It is also known as TCM Fuse. If the transmission does not work correctly check this fuse first. We demonstrated where the transmission fuse is located on a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze.

The symptom was code U0101 and trans not moving in gear. The fuse being blown causes loss of signal from the TCM to ECM.
Im having problems with my 2017 chevy cruz. When you are driving it the doors lock and unlock and it loses power. I just replaced the transmission module thing but it is still doing it.

Good afternoon, first of all I want to congratulate you for such excellent videos, I write from Colombia I have a 2011 Chevrolett Cruze has 71000 km which presents an irregularity since when I turn on the vehicle it changes from first to second normally but when it goes more or less than 1800 rmp something sounds in the automatic box already scanned and has no error, I clarify that it only happens once and from then on it works fine, only until the vehicle is turned off again, I found a burned relay I changed it but it continues making that noise, thank you in advance can help me.
Pretty sure if you're having a clattering noise when you're going like uphill it's really faint it's the shift solenoid clips and the shift solenoids have come loose in there and have play also a lot of the cruises were overfilled on their transmission fluid causing a hard shift and burning of transmission fluid I bought a Chevy Cruze I've changed the transmission fluid nine times in the past 10,000 miles the first time I went to go check the full plug on the side and it had almost 3 quarts too much and the person I had bought it from had never had any transmission flush or anything so it was original transmission fluid

yo mine was acting up because of the transition fluid make sure yours is filled up mine was a qt low and causing all the issues
TCM is inside of the valve body of the transmission... I bought My Daughter a 2012 Chevy Cruz LTZ 1.4 L turbo charge and the when you get in it most of the time it's when it's cold before it warms up but it's done it at other times but you can put it in reverse and it'll go into reverse hard & the R for reverse will flash fast and then if you put it in drive while it's doing that it doesn't want to pull forward black normal. It feels sluggish. You can shut it off and restart it and it'll be back to normal and sometimes you want to shut it off a few times before it starts working right or just let it warm up. It just started this past two months and it's gotten winter time now and it seems to be worse in the winter until it warms up, but it's doing this the D will flash fast to. I change the transmission fluid out put some transmission additive in it but it is still doing it every few days. I heard that it could possibly be the solenoids in the transmission control module, which is a big job to replace. Seems easier if that's the problem to just buy a transmission and replace the whole thing.

Im getting the same exact code. 2014 chevy cruze. Locks and unlocks and slams into first gear or something not sure as i dont know much of cars could this be the issue? Already had the tcm fixed but didnt fix the fix the error. Now just thinking it was just a fuse

I replaced my transmission with a remanufactured one and had it reprogrammed by a licensed shop but it won't shift manually it goes on drive but don't give me the option "M" to upshift and downshift manually. Now my question is. The problem is the transmission itself not being rebuilt properly? Or is it a software problem and it wasn't properly programmed? Thanks in advance.
This transmission is one of the worsest. None know. The cruze spoil the reputation of GM. Very bad gear. very bad. This is gear problem. stay away from this car.

Hello I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze LT and I already changed the turbo and both catalytic converters to it and it still won't go over 8mph and has issue trynna shift to 2nd gear when using shift control mode. Last thing I could think is the tcm and idk how I would go about that. Any suggestions?
It's an automatic but has shift control mode, but in automatic when I try to go over 8mph it won't, it will stutter hard and not allow me to go anywhere and sorta stop itself. When using shift control I can go up to 22mph but that's cuz it's it 1st gear and it's rpm just goes up, but shifting it to 2nd gear will make it stutter hard and stop itself

Hi Team i have chevrolet cruise 2011 same transmission issue change soleniod valve body and its work for one month now again start transmission issue sometime taking gear and car starts moving after sometime again stops and also some humming sound coming when starts the car or push speed cradle kindly let me know whats the issue and how i can fix it as mechanic told me to change the full gear box please give me your contact number so i can get solution from you thanks.

What's up I mean if it's not blown it's probably good , but what's a 25 cent fuse just to see.. also if using the meter correctly that would be the ultimate way to tell if the fuse is good. Other then the metal piece turned black

He’s holding each connection with pinched fingers. His body is completing the circuit. Even a bad fuse, would read okay.

you clearly know alot about resistive testing , the human body as a resitence of around 100 000 ohms or over the limit for a one of these meters !
Why don't you make a video for us of you touching the leads on a multimeter in resistance mode and it reading anything other than OL?? Ill wait.
