This year marked my 10 year anniversary after I began weight training in 2013 starting later in life at age 42 after struggling with low confidence, low back pain and being over weight no muscle (yes, even back then I thought I was too old..it's never to late). Today, I not only feel much stronger but back pain free for years. The road I traveled had some challenges but after looking back I am glad I did not give in because in the long run it's well worth the effort so you can look back with a smile. You got this because no one is looking well until you start breaking out the tank top but that's another story in itself. Best of luck.

@smithservices - many of them will come around over time…the rights ones. The ones that you may love but don’t really “need” to be in your life will not but it’s because of their fears and insecurities that they are projecting your way.
Know that it’s amazing to experience what’s on the other side of that fear….for you and for them as well. Just move forward with the destination in mind and the right people will be there with you. I promise!
Forever Forward
Loneliness is really dragging me down lately. It is so hard when you really have no contact with friends, family or coworkers. I hear a lot of people complain about feeling lonely even though they have people around them. I understand you can feel like that when you don´t really connect to anyone, but at least you can have conversations, touch each other, hug each other... I´m happy when I say two words to a neighbour! If I didn´t believe things have been so difficult for me for a reason, I´d be giving up now...
36 year old filmmaker w/ No family at all. Handful of GOOD friends. TONS of motivation and ambition and discipline. I WANT to be better. I NEED to be better. And listening to stuff like this every once in a while helps to confirm everything is going exactly as it should. Thank you.

I needed this! Jesus! I PRAISE you! Even as I’m struggling providing for my children. I will keep faith. I won’t allow the devil to manipulate my spirit. Please pray for me. Since covid I can’t seem to get back on my feet. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing and so thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. I have two beautiful boys both are autistic. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. I recently started homeschooling them because they were having so many issues with bullying. I feel so alone. It’s only because of the kindness of strangers I still have a place to call home. I’m fearful because every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets with my boys. Jesus hear my cries I’m so tired of not being able to afford simple things like food and clothes for my children. I will keep faith I believe in Jesus and I know he will provide. Amen! ❤

I can so relate. What you are going through is indeed challenging. Both my children are autistic. There are ten years between them. The eldest is now at one of England's top universities. Both his father (who we lost just before covid hit ) always attempted that they would always strive to do better. To achieve and dream. The youngest has some quiet intense learning difficulties. I so can relate to you. I just want you to know that across the pond a woman has read your comment, understands and I will put you In my thoughts and prayers.

This video has gotten me so emotional you don’t know how hard I have been working. Sacrifice after sacrifice. No one believing in me. Not having money to pay rent every month struggling to figure out where my next dollar is going to come from but I have faith that this is all a part of my testimony. If there is one thing I can't stand Is a tourist trap. A package holiday. Yeah you get a nice breakfast but so what. Give me rough roads in a pick up truck, eating from street vendors anytime! It's not the destination it's the journey!
I really needed this talk, thank you. I’ve recently left a job that was paying me well but I was absolutely miserable. Everyone thought I was crazy. My parents disapproved of my decision, but I had to do it for my own sanity. Now im on a road less taken. I feel lost and lonely, but im working my way towards something I actually want to pursue.

Ed, 💯 spot on... stepping out at 50 to start the road in entrepreneurship and steps to get my life back is a lonely road that most don't understand, which makes one question at times did I make the right decision? I appreciate this confirmation I'm on the right road snd I just need to keep the course and stay on track. Men it’s almost like I knew this from birth. Literally went from making $7000/hr to losing my home last year and family telling me move in w dem and get a 9 to 5 but I told myself I can’t do dat I’ll rather live in my car until I get what I want and have been doing dat for the past 6months and men I have learned so much about myself and finally coming to a place of serenity for da 1st time in my life. I really needed to hear this today. Everyone believes in me with my new day trading journey. I think they believe in me more than I believe in myself sometimes. I keep doubting myself but know I can do it if I try harder, do better and don’t give up but man this is hard. If it was easy, everyone would do it and it would not be as rewarding.

I have experienced some extreme loneliness in my life, and continue to. But what I am passionate about has been a life-raft, and a guiding light to follow and focus on. You have to keep trying to improve even if it's baby steps. You have to keep trying and stay positive. Loneliness is the price you have to pay for being different, it's just the way it is.
I recently finished The Power of One More. One of the most inspirational books I've ever read. I'm a recovered alcoholic who grew up with a single mother, section 8, I've been shot four times. Started getting sober about 10 years ago and finally got it. I own a business today and I'm working on my next business. It's all because of men like my sponsor, Ed M, Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor ect. I wish I could meet these people who have helped me. Thank you

THIS message was meant for ME. You have no idea. I've listened to it several times today. Loneliness is real. Even when one has people around. We have to carry our cross by ourselves sometimes. It's very dark. Dale Carnegie said live's struggles are a ways to bless us into happiness. The pathway to freedom is TOTAL commitment to that thing one is pursuing. And we gotta remember not to yield. If it was easy everybody would do it.

Right now..... I'm traveling on that lonely road less traveled. I realize the many people I'm surrounded by family and job are silent when ever I talk about starting a RUclips channel. I'm even facing rejection. I've decided I am going to be successful quietly and stop looking for validation from the people who can't relate me. I let my actions become that. Now I get it.

It felt like you were talking to Me in this message. I’ve felt everything you mentioned; since I 1st started my entrepreneurship journey. All the rejection, setbacks, doubts, fears, uncertainty, etc… but man has it been worth it. It’s the person I’m becoming, in pursuit of the dreams I’m chasing. Not to mention the Impact I’m making, by continuing to focus on helping people!

That is one of my all time favorite poems ever! I completely empathize with everything you said and I've definitely felt and still feel feelings of loneliness, doubt, anxiety,fear, and hardship. "Is it worth it?" With no sacrifice there's no freedom.
We all want FREEDOM.
I must be honest that for me it wasn't always worth it. Sometimes I was on the wrong road pushing ahead in the wrong direction even though it was less travelled by. Eventually I got off of that road less travelled by and found a different road less travelled by. I've never been a person who goes along with the crowd. Acts of service and contribution-my daily question is who can I help out today?

I never normally comment on RUclips videos, but I was meant to see this today. For years, I held myself back from pursuing my dream of being an actor, and played it safe with “Plan B’s”. I was so unfulfilled, and always from a young age had an unyielding confidence and inner knowing that I was destined for more. For greatness!
During the pandemic, I gained the knowledge and wisdom I needed to self reflect and become aware of my patterns. I quit my job, and all Plan B options, and said “no more!” I’m now a full-time freelance actress in Ireland, and I’m so grateful to do something I love.
These past few weeks in particular, have been loaded with rejection, despite strong auditions with great feedback. I needed this reminder that rejection is a good sign - it means I’m taking action! And it’s an integral part of the road less travelled - which is also one of my favorite poems!
I know I’m on the precipice of something great, and there’s something extraordinary waiting for me. Thank you Ed! Have a lovely Sunday!

Thank you Ed, this same at the perfect time in my life. I’ve been dealing with family challenges and challenges in my personal circle. While I follow my life’s purpose, knowing that the road less traveled is a lonely one.
The fact that I’m listening to this, I believe is a synchronicity. I cured myself of most addictions, the most detrimental being alcoholism. Mark my words Ed I’m coming on your show in a year from now to share my story and tell everyone that you really lit a fire under my ass, because I asked God to send me reminders of what’s the most important. I believe it’s sharing how I quit drinking and became determined to succeed.

This gave me tears literally. 10:57 yes i always knew i am born to do something great with my life right from my childhood even when everybody injected negative beliefs on me. But somehow life experiences put a blanket of doubt and fear on that deep feeling, instinct of mine. And now you helped to remove that blanket by helping me understand its a roadless travell journey. This is eye opening.
Watching this through tears. Online entrepreneurship is such a lonely road and you get it and itsbard whn no one close to you seems to. Five years in and I've yet to yield a profit in my business and its beyond lonely. I still love it but I'd be lying if I didn't say I have very dark days. To hear about your sister really took me over the edge...my 11 year old son has type one diabetes since he was 3....God led me to you today. God bless you Ed. Perfect timing for this video. Ended a relationship with a narcissist and I felt lonely for a bit. However, I shifted my focus to a business idea I have and that’s in the works now. I have no idea how I will get the funds but I’m trusting the process. It felt like the right thing to do. I’ve work for corporations for many years and feel like I’m not meant for that. This idea that I have will help small businesses. I can’t wait! Thank you so much!

Those years that follow the declining of a narcissistic request for you to give up your hopes and dreams in order that you support thier fragile egos and dreams. Are indeed lonely. To begin with is hard, but as the years go by. Is an opportunity to explore the self. To ask questions and seek the answers. A great deal of personal growth can be gained from such a experience. Just be mindful to really learn the lessons so that they are not repeated. Wishing you peace, happiness and the gift of moving forward 🙏

I really hope to share my story with the world because I took the less traveled road since I was 14 years old and I still on it ! Because I know it will pay off ! Rather then going out every weekend I prefer to go inwards me so I could develop my personality ! Waking up early, going to bed just after all the tasks are finished even if the day is longer then usual. Long story short, thank you very much for that amazing motivational video and that you took your precious time to offer us such an awesome example of greatness ! Having been through the sheer hell that Ed describes so accurately; and after so many business "failures" finally finding the path.. I can only support the good Ed is trying to achieve with these messages of distilled wisdom. What I would however add is: There is a subtle difference between knowing when you're on the right path (despite the pain) and realising you may need to pivot, or even quit the venture entirely (go back to the drawing board). Having the wherewithal to know that only came to me after I steadfastly would not give up (even though deep down inside I knew the venture may not "have the legs" I'd hoped it would). Knowing the difference between "you should pack it in a start another venture" pain and "this is the right venture, but I still feel a lot of pain" is the ABSOLUTE KEY TO MAKING IT
I really needed to hear this as I was experiencing a low due to some set backs in my life that left me feeling discouraged. Time to get back at it. Hustle and heart.

Yesterday, I attended the HOA mtg to see if Life wanted me to "stay here and be patient". I left being the Treasurer. They also told me to join the Beach Assn... and hang out at the beach. Life is preparing me. Today, I'm cutting up & hauling away a large branch in my elderly neighbors yard that fell a couple months ago. I'm not charging them... but she doesn't know that yet. I'd asked her to take Action on something and... she did. Life rewards those who Do. 🙏❤

The road has been tough at times, but my dream remains strong and I am committed to my vision & my purpose! Man, I know you won’t probably see this, but God put this message in your heart and soul to talk to me (and I assume many others).
