Using them mean sacrificing DPS so it's more like a trade-off between a shorter battle and a longer one that have a Get-out-of-jail card. There's at least one monster challenge where using a Panic Attack in the build was the obvious better strategic choice.

I have started chipping at Sublime Medals in Ultra Quickplay and I am like : "I am not getting Medals from the final bosses, from who will I get several Sublime Medals instead? XD"
