I don’t know why I didn’t reply to this, but thank you; it means a lot. I was very nervous to start recording my voice in all honesty. Hopefully, i’ll become more natural at doing voiceovers
I honestly think the Greatest Jagras quest radically changed how I rank the monster. While it could be argued that its different from the overall "monster-experience", that quest (for those who hunted during base World) was very important and challanging overall.
@@RasmusBertilsson-w8k It was a fun and interesting fight, but I tried not to let one quest sway too much. Plus that quest is important in world and not iceborne, so it didn’t effect anything to heavily.🤘🏻
I just recently started playing this game and I like how simple the ranking was. I want to see the rest of the rankings asap. I hope you make some videos on the Wilds when it comes out.
@@PrinceAmir24 The other ranking videos will be out in the following week/weeks. I will have a lot of content coming out before the release of wilds and even more once the game comes out. If you enjoyed the video, please like and subscribe; it would help out a lot, and give me a reason to keep posting content.
@@navarrjenkinztbh I think a “food chain” style video would be really interesting, not really familiar with the monster hunter world but that would be an amazing intro imo
@ giant lizard(s), but if there are any fish/aquatic monsters those are right up my alley. Aquatic monsters are my favorite because they embody the mystery and majesty of the deep sea, a place that remains largely unexplored and shrouded in mystery. The ocean has always been a symbol of the unknown, and aquatic creatures amplify this sense of enigma. Their vast, unpredictable environments allow for the creation of bizarre, terrifying, and awe-inspiring creatures that challenge our understanding of biology and nature. The isolation of underwater worlds means that many of these creatures are entirely alien to terrestrial life, making them feel even more otherworldly and fascinating. Whether it’s the sleek and terrifying serpentine creatures, like sea serpents, or colossal, ancient beings like the Kraken, aquatic monsters tap into a primal fear of the abyss. These beings often have a grandeur and scale that land-based monsters can’t quite match, which makes them feel more epic and powerful. The eerie glow of bioluminescent creatures in the deep gives them a supernatural quality, turning the ocean into a realm of wonder and danger. Water also allows for endless variety in how these monsters might behave, ranging from the stealthy and elusive to the ferocious and overwhelming. The way these monsters move through water, with their fluid grace and terrifying speed, creates a sense of vulnerability and helplessness for any potential prey. There’s something captivating about how aquatic monsters seem to exist in two worlds: the surface world that we know and the dark, cold depths that we fear. They are often depicted as ancient beings, embodying the forces of nature that humanity can only attempt to understand. Many aquatic monsters also tap into myths and folklore, connecting the creatures to cultural histories and storytelling traditions, which makes them even more intriguing. I appreciate the symbolism in aquatic monsters; they often represent the uncontrollable power of nature or the consequences of humanity’s intrusion into the unknown. Unlike other mythical creatures, they seem bound by a different set of rules, often leaving us to wonder what else might lurk beneath the surface. They also evoke a sense of freedom, as they can glide through water with ease, unaffected by gravity or land-based constraints. The allure of the sea itself makes aquatic monsters more mesmerizing, as we are drawn to their wild, untamable nature. There’s a sense of danger and adventure in encountering these creatures, which makes them the perfect subjects for stories and legends. Ultimately, aquatic monsters remind us of the vastness and complexity of the natural world, sparking curiosity and awe. For me, their combination of mystery, terror, and beauty makes them the most fascinating of all mythical creatures.
@ I’m really hoping underwater combat is returning to the wilds DLC. I highly doubt it’ll be in wilds itself. I agree with you completely though. We’ve explored the land and skies of monster hunter, but haven’t explored the deepest parts of the world’s oceans.
I thought so, which is why it came out naturally in the Lavasioth ranking. I just remember looking up the pronunciation and hearing piss-ine, so I said it like that. After I posted the video, I went back and looked it up and it said pie-seen. I was like you’ve gotta be kidding me.😭
Feel free to voice your opinions in the comments. The next two videos will be here soon.
Holy crap your voice is so good

@ I will probably do some videos going over the ecology of the new world. What would you say is your favorite monster so far?

So massive...
the word piscine is pronounced "pie seen" not "piss een" just so you are aware.
