At least the lead singer is and lives there with his wife and kid. i actually got a chance to meet the him while i was there and talk to him a bit. he's a super nice guy i was wearing an operation ivy shirt and he commented on it which got us talking about punk and ska music and how he grew up in cali in the punk scene and going to tons of shows. his band is great though and he's one of the nicest and coolest guys iv met.
