    I had never cared for him at all til he came to Boston and started doing media appearances. You could tell immediately, this guy is a straight pro. The way he expresses his thoughts, the way he carries himself. I remember the first time he admitted to being abused, he dropped it like so casually and out of nowhere. And all you can say to yourself, that guy is A MAN.
    So happy for him to be not only dealing with that awful pain finally, but using it to help others and change not only their lives but his own.

    Dooling was a Florida legend at Dillard high school seen him hoop in the Derek Harper tournament in palm beach and knew he would be a pro... salute 💯💪🏾‼️

    I went to the same HS as he did in hopes of catching that magic they had and making it to a D1 program. Fort Lauderdale at that time was a factory for football and basketball prospects (Dillard HS especially). It was good times. Sad to see that era gone

      He was actually a PF at Hamilton High. He wanted to better his ball handling skills, so he transferred to a prep school his senior year. Can’t remember which school exactly

    I always liked Kenyon Dooling as my spark plug 3guard in my line ups on NBA 2k. With his hesitation,crossover, pull up jumper game and ability to finish above the rim in Flashes ,made him fun to watch in stretches

      Indeed,, he displayed alot in a small sample sized amount of time ,,Image if he would have had starter's minutes.im just realizing he never averaged in double figures and he was more then capable of putting up 14-17ppg if he'd gotten in the right situation in his prime

    Another great video!! Dooling was very athletic and a tweener. Imagine him in today’s league. From he was simply playing in the wrong era. His life obstacles is a testament to go seek help and man those are big shoes he is wearing. To come out and say it and make it known is hard but someone like him as a professional athlete is 100 times harder. Glad to see his positive impact and that his light continues on. What an example of a great turnaround.

    Thanks for bringing up his story. I had no idea he went through that. It's admirable that he could recover and talk about it to help others. He is a hero in my eyes for doing that.
    You know, I've been watching videos from a guy named F.D. Signifier. He has essays about a number of topics, and a lot of them are related to the upbringing of black boys and the commodification and exploitation of black athletes and now everytime I watch one of your videos, it reminds me a lot of the ideas and thoughts that he usually talks about.     There were similar questions about Russell Westbrook coming due to him being a tweener as well. If hadn’t been for those stunts, Keyon Dooling at the very least could have been a poorman’s version of him.
