In the column customization tab, can you add a tab? and can you customize the formula for each tab (for example, Total amount= quantity* rate* color.)?
@@vatchegiragossian4073 not sure what you mean by add a tab? You can add the columns for sure but they are set-up to calculate automatically. For example, if you put in quantity and price per unit, the total column will multiply it out
Hi i have a Question please i,m looking for very long time - My Question is How to make shades or colours in the lining of the invoice/Estimate Print format | I have seen somewhere when invoice is being printed or convert to pdf the Items lining having different colors Like 1st line will be Grey Shaded then 2nd will be white then again Gray shaded then again white - Hope you understand please help me solving this issue
Thank you for the tutorial. Can you add a column showning how many different items/products are in the invoice? Like if you have 100 different items, it will list 1 to 100.
Thank you for your reply. But I’m not looking for the quantity that’s sold. I need an auto numeric number starting with #1 then SKU then Description follow with price and total cost. IE #1, SKU=A, Cost $1, then #2, SKU=B, Cost $2, then #3, SKU=C, Cost $3, then #4, #5, #6 and so on. Thank you
@@wangster28 hmm I don’t think you can. I know the SKU can show up but I don’t believe the numbering. Have you checked the columns to add? Maybe there’s a counting column? I don’t believe there is though.

A question: How do I remove the tax in the job description?Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to remove the tax from the bottom of the invoice though, Here is what happens, lets say I have a job described in the description say" Install a window" and when press preview or print, I see another line under the Insatll a window that says Tax and shows the amount on the side.I wish I could email you a pic of my invoice so you would know what I am talking about. @@QbuniversityOrg I feel lost I am doing the accounting for the year 2021 in Bank Feeds I have several deposits but I want to apply them to two invoices that the business owner made for two clients but those invoices are not yet registered in qb how do I register them to later apply the deposits to those bills? I hope to make myself understood thank you very much

Well if you list out each item that would show each individually. Or let’s say you have 10 of 1 item you can add a column showing the 10

is there a way to add more columns about like 18?
You can add the columns that you select when you customize. Not sure about 18 of them. That might be a bit cluttered
