Is there anyone who does not adore this woman's playing? I heard her in recital in St. Louis, and I can still hear the Schubert sonata in A Major, among other works on the program.

I think Chopin would have appreciated Alicia's taste ! Her sense of the Cantalina, and Inner Voices IS Exquisite !!

Am as amazed now as I was when I heard her play them around 45 years ago in NYC.

A memorable live performance with AdL's clear signature sound and noble phrasing! More vivid, colourful and vibrant than her studio recording! A real gem! Thanks so much!

That's probably my favorite transition point in the entire work. Also, the end of the 8th prelude to the beginning of the 9th.

So clear. Why is she not more well-known? Only 31 likes? Justin Bieber (peace be upon him) gets a few thousand at least. This world is something crazy.

Her Chopin wasn't very strong. However, she was an excellent interpreter of Mozart.

Her Chopin sounds great here! As verything else she touches with her golden fingers! Have you heard her Rachmaninoff? Unbelievable!

Have you heard her Chopin Ballades? To me, her interpretations of those Ballades (especially no 3) are some of the best I've ever heard
