The thing is that mumble rappers are popular because of the beats and not what they are saying. So maybe just maybe its possible that eminem chooses these beats or makes sure to have some kind of balance so that people don't just listen because the beats are fire and completely ignore the lyrics. St Andrews Hall AKA The shelter was where Eminem and his crew used to go and battle. (Notice he mentions Proof and Denauns name)Which is also why in the next few verses he said talks about visiting his old stomping grounds.
When he says "when I lost to juice" He is referring to a rap battle that he was in coming up and he came in 2nd to this guy names Juice. That battle is where he got a lot of exposure and you can find footage of it on youtube as well
