As I've gotten older, I've come to believe that Em creates such lyrically dense tracks because you can listen to them over and over again for years and get new shit outta them over time. All the great artists accomplish that in some way, I think. It's repayable, evolving with the listener, and you enjoy it every time.

As I've gotten older, I've come to believe that Em creates such lyrically dense tracks because you can listen to them over and over again for years and get new shit outta them over time. All the great artists accomplish that in some way, I think. It's repayable, evolving with the listener, and you enjoy it every time.
My favorite line from this song is when he says "You're witnessing a mass occur like your watching a church gathering take place" but mass occur sounds like massacre in the context, great reaction though

One of the dopest things he said in Rap God is “Packin the Mac in the back of the Ac(Acura)” you you’re a fan of underground battle leagues then you know how famous those words are. The phrase became hella popular in the early 2000s (maybe late 90s) and now every battle rapper flips it. You can tell he studies those leagues a lot.
