I had a very hard time getting the holes for the rear basket to line up so I could insert the screws - the holes were not lining up, and I used all of my strength (I am not a small person), and it took me about an hour to line the holes up so I could put the 2 screws in for the basket. I think what helped is where the 2 screws are suppose to go in, and you look up towards the seat about 9 inches, there are 2 screws that are already screwed in. What I did was loosen these 2 screws a considerable amount before they came out, and then I believe this gave me more wiggle room to get the 2 screws for the basket in - at least I think it helped - not sure. As mentioned, I used all my strength, and I was barely able to get these 2 screws in for the basket - I wish the bike would have shipped with the 2 screws in already. Or design it better so the holes line up. And there was nothing bent from shipping that I was able to find. This is from a Freedom bike delivered in Sep2024 which has the 2 batteries.
@@luigiprovencher I love this bike! I really haven't experienced the wobble riding day to day (I always have my hands on the handlebars though), it seems like it can happen but for me anything above 12mph I'd like my hands on the handlebars anyways but it's been great so far though
@@davidmarcoux6349 dang that's unfortunate, I was totally unprepared for the size of this thing, more like a motorcycle than a bike lol, the weight really makes a difference in handling!
Huh - ordered mine same day and it was delivered 1 Aug as well. Looks like you have the same poor fit on the controller compartment cover as mine. I had to remove material from the cover plate to get it to sit flush. Also, my derailleur cage was completely crushed (2nd time) freezing the derailleur in place. Honestly they really need to either improve their packaging or ship them on a pallet. UPS shows no regard for careful handling.
Thanks for the video. Why did you choose the wired over the ecells bike? Are you comfortable with the controller being inside the bike and not having access to it?
I got the newest version but blue and the non-step through in blue. I rode it 9 times (about 150+ miles) and have gotten a flat 3 times so far since it's so dry here in California during area this summer, and there are a ton of thorns in my area. Finally decided to get Tannus Armor, and may also buy FlatOut. May have to get bigger motorcycle tires but that will slow the top speed and acceleration. There is also a slight wobble with the 2nd battery in the back that goes off around 18-22 mph if I take my hands off the front bar. Do you feel any wobble on the front bars that version? I still love the bike though.
The stock tires are Chinese junk. If anyone is reading this comma before you actually install the wheels onto the bicycle comma send them to a bicycle store comma and get new wheels period because these chinese wheels are so thin comma I saw another video about them comma and they're just chinese junk, to be honest with you.
Very disappointing about the damages it received that's unacceptable when you're paying $275 for shipping plus they try getting you to purchase $75 for some damage protection thing.
That rug really ties the room together.😎
Keep Woo away!
Holy heavy breather Batman😅 I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack just listening

Thank you for this!! Really helped me assemble my Cruiser I just got in yesterday!
I got mine on the 14th of August. On the rear rack I took the front bolts out and put the back bolts on first than the front bolts. Alot easier.
How are you liking it?

@luigiprovencher mine has the wobble. Seen it happen twice and my girlfriend was riding it. It's a really big bike bigger than you would think.

You have me getting excited about receiving my Cruiser. My compliments on your video.
Thank you for posting this! It will help when my Cruiser finally comes in.

Very nice looking ebike👍🏽⚡️
Try a Bread knife to cut through boxes. I use it all the time!

Ecells is garbage from the word go, never mind this version is much better.
Access to the controller is on the left side. The panel can be unscrewed
Sweet!

Just got my cruiser. The black battery rack doesn't line up to the holes and we can't get it together. Any ideas?
Did you ever figure out how to remove the rear battery?
Turn key and pull!
No link to ebike.
Rear rack appears badly bent where it was mashed on the left side or dropped on it's head.

Any bike will wobble on that road
Hard to watch
That's some pretty cheesy low budget packaging, especially for having to pay for it delivered plus tax and insurance
