hi Josh, I'm a traveller not interested in taking part in ultra races but I find your videos entertaining and this one in particular full of information useful for long distance travellers. now I'm too old but I think I could have made a good ultraracer since sleep has never been a concern for me. even now at 63 I can pedal relatively easily 48 hours non stop (that usually happens in August when I can't find a place at campisites). ciao
