while i do like the idea of tower troops a lot, the main problem is the levels, as tower levels and interactions are very important

@@jj2059Yes. I mean you can just use the regular princess tower as long as you prepare your other tower troops. Same as in CoC where you need to upgrade all the New stuff from Level 1 too

This is the best comment under this video. It’s so wholesome that Clash Royale hearted it. I honestly wish the community wasn’t as hateful, but, technically, it’s justified, sadly.
The decreased tower health is too much in my opinion. I'd say there shouldn't even be a difference per tower troop, but it could work with more tweaks and more tower troops.

Whoever made level 15 players get 2 evolutions doesn't deserve love
It would be nice to have towers with similar slowing effects as the Ice Wizard or Ram Rider do.
They will eventually come. This opens up for a TON of tower trops with different effects each. Cannoneer strong shooting, the lady which is the next TT will likely throw knives so quick that will be good against swarm, and later on we will probably get slowddown effects TTs, etc etc. They will start doing Tower Troops from now on, not regular troops.
So far, this new TT is so underwhelming, but I rather have it this way and be a situational card and not a BROKEN tower.

No it won't people would just attack the side that their deck works the best against. Most games are 1 tower games anyways so have 2 different ones means you're always at a disadvantage

Ngl the fact that even skeletons connect and it has less health is a huge negative BUT, it can one- shot firecrackers and fully counter mega minion.
I feel like the tower could work well if you have at least 2 splashy cards in your deck

Just wait untill Supercell will add Elite Barbarians Tower Troop, Mega Knight Tower Troop, Sparky Tower Troop or even Mother Wich Tower Troop. And all of them will be available in the Diamond Pass only.

What confuses me is the fact that the health of the tower changes with each tower troop cause it just actively makes certain tower troops better than others instead of them all having there uses
How will the new tower look like with old tower skins equipped?
I assume you old skins won't be equipped with the cannoneer, but will the pass give skins for all tower troops or just one of them?

there is no change to that. its just a tower troop it doesnt changes skins. Its separate.
Nothing changes, either the princess is standing on your tower or there is a massive cannon on top.

The time it takes to shoot three arrows for the princess is the same as it takes you to shoot the gunship but with less damage

All these new and different factors are just gonna make it harder to keep winning thus everyone will be running the same deck.
It's impossible for the game to make it harder to keep winning since at least one player have to win, if it's harder for you to win, it's easier for others

Even if the Mega Knight targets the tower with a jump, Valkyrie’s ability to divert its attention makes her a valuable defensive choice…

What if you made the king tower activated and/or have more range when you have the cannon tower troop so that it can somewhat handle swarms while still being different enough from the princess tower?

I’m predicting the next tower troop is a dart goblin who shoots 4x quicker than this one but does 50 damage per shot (a little bit less then 1/4 the canoneers damage) to be better with swarms
Bueno pues que saquen unicamente 2 cosas en una temporada supone un gran trabajo para los de clash royale, a mi me hubiera gustado que cada temporada la arena del apartado de liga fuera diferente porque es aburrido jugar con la misma arena 1 año 😢
Cannoneer can one shot spirits, which means its a good counter to furnace (which is definitely OP rn)

I'm glad there's tower troops. It adds more variety to the game. I might get yelled at, but I like the evo Valk. I know you don't premote defensive gameplay but it's good to have card to use on defense. I guess it makes defense a little easier. I could definitely see some synergy with Bomb tower for defense
I think most players like more defensive games.

It’s not versatility, it’s the removal of simplicity and reliability the game always had. Later on, the sheer amount of tower troops literally makes games decided purely by matchup since some decks could be completely countered by the tower troops
I love this new tower troops update, and the canoneer also seems really balanced. I just think that the valkirie tornado effect should be either less powerful or have a shorter range. (or both).

And yet the cannonier is barely used and everyone runs some kind of cycle deck. This tower troop did zero for variety.
@@matthewcastaneda9174 mostly because of the level issues, most people only have cannoneer at low level, especially compared to their current princess tower so it would be a disadvantage to use it
