It was sold for $45,000,000 in 2019.
If I had to guess, I would say it will sell for close to the $55,000,000 this time around.

You real estate agents must do really well in L.A. because not only are the houses really expensive,but the rich clientele tend to move more frequently than most people and you probably can find yourself reselling the same house two or three times over a decade.
The real estate business and in particular the upper end of the market, which is brutally competitive, and very few agents ever make it there to begin with. Most agents that sell these expensive homes have spent a decade of 2 building their network and credibility.

These really expensive houses always have a big list price and usually end up selling for much less.
Their is a house in Bel air that J-Lo is selling for $40mil. with 8 acres of land right now.
I think this goes for $40-50mil. after it sits on the market for awhile and nobody offers anything close to the listed price .
It's a nice mansion,but it isn't extraordinary .
If someone looks at some other mansions they aren't likely to think this is incredible by comparison just because of the pool .

40-50 after it sits on the market for awhile.
If you watch quite a few of these videos these houses can start to look similar.
Their is that brand new mansion at 1033 Somera in Bel-Air listed at $26mil and it's brand new with ocean views.I personally would take it over this and save $25mil.
