Inventory in February is traditionally much higher than the summer. Not really a fair comparison-need to look at YoY numbers for accurate analysis. IMHO
$435k where? In the Projects? I just looked at homes and nothing was under $500k.

How can you find someone that can sell expensive homes of 1-2 million range based on their performance? How can you measure which realtors are BEST at finding BUYERS?
What is “current inventory” year over year for same/summer season 2022? Annual slowdown and lower listing activity will hold lower inventory through September-October. No? We’ll see the true market values in the “regular” sales season through October through May 2024….right or//
