😁 (lol) " NO!.... And to think that something like this could actually happen within an anti-government, no regulation, state that exempts building owners from penalties and prosecution. Who could have imagined that? "
So if the balconies didn't meet the standards, then how were the builders given permits in the first place? I wonder how the rest of the structure is, I bet it's the same shitty materials.
I used to work there but quit when the GM of the building wouldn't stop texting me creepy stuff. I was only 19-years-old and his pushing 40 self would not leave me alone. The building is unstable. When it was built, it wasn't built right.

I use to dream of living there ever since it was finished in 2008. Looking at the reviews That dream is now dead. Those Penthouses that are the four at the very top. They’ve NEVER been used or lived in. It sucks because it’s a dream apartment/Penthouse building. They need to get it together!
My friend lives at the Link she has a hot tub in the 30 th floor but it has not worked for 8 months. The pool heater doesn’t work, they can’t wash their clothes as the washer and dryers do not work. The company out right just lies to her over and over.
I'd be concerned about the entire construction of that building
Its about 10 years old lol

@@trulyblessed1902 it's from the 2000s housing boom, know for poor quality construction, so I'm not surprised
Hear ya butI think the structure ok. It's 12 going on 13 years old now.
I wonder what would happen if all, or at least most, of the residents got together and refused to pay their rent until the problems were corrected?

Why wouldn't they sue?

Yup ur right… I had to preform on him to break my lease. Nightmare.
Nothing wrong with a 19 year old girl and 40 year old man. BTW I am 42 and single, may I message you?
@@lok777 not interested in fatties :p
I had no ideal about this building.. it always looked empty

I'm so glad we didn't get a place in here. During our tour here we were told the same thing when we tried to go onto the balcony and about the pool.
damn, 4ish years later and the pool still isnt working??? FOH.
hundred bucks says the reporter lives in this building ?
🤣
i simply moved out of my downtown Portland OR apt....left all my stuff piled up & furniture and moved on......
Looks cheesey to me.

Never lived in? I used to work there and all the penthouse units were occupied in 2017.
They are definitely used.
Why would you sell your house to live in a downtown apartment????
Be tenant-ready in about a year and a half.
Were these issues ever resolved?
It is! I just toured it and now thinking about renting there

Whatever happened with this? It seems like if you can't escape the unit during a fire, that the building wouldn't be fit for occupancy?
I’ve delivered Food to some of those High-rise homes. What a terrible controlled environment.
None of that stuff works AND you have to listen to that elevator tick on every floor? I’ll give it a shot.
Is there wooden studs in the walls? I'm trying to hang a TV.
She says she met her first husband in town, and she moved with him when he transferred off island, but they eventually returned.
now that its 2 years later any update?
5 years later. Any update?
She was swinging that ponytail in that transition shot lol

So have the problems been solved by now? (July, 29, 2020)

Best part of this video, she’s wearing a fucking Korn shirt.
WTF really ✅
This sums up the phoenix metro rental market to a T. Awful!
What a scam
Reminds me of the movie 'Moving'
Well thank God you don't live in hud projects, or senior highrises. Good ridden to that place
I would never trade a home with a front and back yard, and my own garage, over freaking high rise living. To me that’s going backwards.
But having choices is moving forwards.
If you are single that’s perfect 👍
Subjective, I’m from the city so I prefer high rise. To each his own
The Steward seems like a good place to live.
Especially with its history of the The Steward auto shop, and then the Vinyl store Circles. I shop a Circles Record store for years.
