@@MarlenesWigChatStudio Loved the first two colors on you but I’m thinking that third color is going to be less popular. It reminds me of Belle Tress Cream Soda but brighter. I’d order one but I have enough beachy wave wigs to last until they go out of style (if I last that long). I appreciate these color comparisons; very helpful when the same color codes look different between manufacturers
I just got the one I ordered in 12/22/r8 today and I'm so glad I went with that color over the other two. It is honestly my favorite color I've ever had. I'm also super impressed by the fibers and don't find them as itch/prickly as some other synthetics I have. I agree the second one is my second favorite, but the last one is not for me either. One thing I don't like about it is the stripy highlighting at the top, but I've found using some Boldify powder to add a root to blur the striping makes it wearable for me. I had to do that recently with a BelleTress Milani in the sunset blonde color and I like it so much more now! Love your content, as always!
Oh wow, I had no idea these were coming. TressAllure are really stepping up their game recently. Both of the rooted colors are super pretty, I wouldn't know which one to pick.

Thanks for showing these. I can see why the color you are wearing at first is a favorite. It looks great on you. And that color IS similar to shaded Cappuccino. The 12/22 would suit me the best. Looked pretty neutral to me. 14/26 leaned heavily warm and the last one was full warm.

Great video, very helpful. I would absolutely wear that blonde unrooted color. I never was a brunette so in that respect, I don’t feel the need for rooted colors. In fact, I’ve seen it mentioned recently by other reviewers that not all ladies who wear wigs have or used to have dark hair.

My takes: as you well know, I am a natural strawberry blonde, fair skinned. Good colors to match are hard to find. 26 is more red than 23; I am very familiar with 26 and it’s great for me. 14 is a bit more golden than 12, which hits more toward the blonde of a true “strawberry blonde”, warmer in my experience. And I’m jumping up and down over the R10 root. Since my complexion is fair, even an R8 (much less an R4 or R6) looks DARK on me, not at all medium. Lastly, I’ve often wondered about 88. Holy cannolis, too light for me. You have me SOLD!! The EL14/26/R10 is for me!!!!! Gotta order!!

I'm a cool color girl so none of those would work for me. You look beautiful in the first one! Why would a wig company not carry cool blonde? I feel that they are missing a lot of the market!
Hi Lynn, I've attended a number of trainings with various brands, and that is a question I always ask. The answer across the board is pretty much the same: cool colors are the most difficult to achieve. The blend for a warm color only needs red or yellow; however, for a cool color, the colors blended cannot have too much red or yellow, need more colors such as a blend consisting of gray to provide an ashy color or a blend that will give a purple undertone. The way it was explained to me, this is not an easy task which would explain why most of the colors regardless of the brand have mostly warm colors. They understand and realize many wearers want cool colors; however, it's not that they don't want to make it but rather that it's difficult to achieve. xoxo Marlene

Happy 4th of July. Love these so much. I’m looking for a short brown pixi wig for my sister who was just diagnosed with leukemia. She spent 39 days in the hospital in May and June. It’s been so much Marlene. She’s home for a few days but will need a bone marrow transplant. She’s lost most of her hair and I told her I know the best women for wigs. She wears her hair very short. And colors it brown. Let me know what you can suggest. Thank you so much.

There are many brunettes (light, medium, and dark) as well as many pixies in Ellen Wille, TressAllure, Belle Tress... these would be my top picks of brands for someone who has recently lost their hair. These brands are very low density and minimal permatease plus the styles are really pretty. Send me a FB DM, and we can chat over colors and styles. Great review of the new TA colors. They’re too warm for me but they’re beautiful. The 12/22/8 is my favorite but the RW shade is prettier…in my opinion. I love watching color reviews whether I can or can’t wear them. BTW, YOUR VIDEOS ARE NOT TOO LONG! Honestly, I think some people…they’re not happy unless they’re finding fault🙄 Ignore them!!

I was wishing I could see an application of each so I could make a better informed decision and....here you are this morning! You must like short stories because you read my mind 😅. Wow, beautiful colors. Love love the EL 12/22r8 seems quite a bit warmer then RW Shaded Cappuccino. Love, love the EL14/26r10 too…. Wonder if it is redder than 14/26r10? The last color it is ok. The blending of the colors are beautiful. The first two colors look great on you. “One for the team” - that’s funny.
Hi Beautiful, thank you so much for stopping by. I agree. 12/22/8 does appear warmer than SS Cappuccino. It could be due to the strawberry blonde or auburn in the blend which we don't see in the RW color. I don't have 14/26/R!0 but here are the descriptions of each and my thoughts: 14/26/R10 is Light Red Brown Gold Blonde Highlights Rooted Medium Brown; EL14/26/10 is Warm red brunette blended with cool gold blonde, highlighted with gold blonde rooted medium brown. While the colors will be very close, the main difference between the two is the placement of the colors. EL colors have highlights framing the face, less highlights on the sides, highlights start again at the crown, and the darkest color in the blend was also applied to the nape. The EL color may appear lighter and brighter due to the highlights on the front. Hope this helps. xoxo Marlene

I am a warm-color blonde girly so I love the rooted ones! I love how dynamic they are. I can’t wait to see the colors on a straight, longer style like Picture Perfect or Sensational. I typically purchase 14/26/R10 in TressAllure but EL version seems a lot warmer. Would you agree? I’d love it if you did a comparison video.

Hi Yanet,14/26/R10 and EL14/26/10 have the same blend; the difference is the new color is heavily highlighted on the front while the original has the color evenly distributed. If I can get my hands on one, I will certainly compare them. xoxo Marlene

I mean, great review Marlene as usual, but I’m so disappointed in these colors. All they did was repeat 14/26/10 and the EL/12/22/8 is not light enough and then the EL 27/25/88 is way too gold for us Blondies. We are looking for a cool or neutral blonde with dimension and a soft root blend like they did with 56/60 R8. I love that color because it reads a pearly platinum to me on the two styles I have, but not every blondie likes these type of gray blondes or silver blondes. I love TA fibers and styles in their HD wigs, but they are missing the mark on the blondes. This new blonde is basically a mix of their two other rooted blondes without a root, and I’m sorry, but none of us Blondies like either of those colors. They are missing the cool toned blonde with dimension and a soft root. I even emailed them because all of my friends keep asking me what color of TA wigs I get. The only color I like really is 56/60R8 and I do like Three Tone Gray but that’s because my skin really only looks good in cool. toned colors. None of my blonde friends will like these I keep raving to them about these TA fibers and styles. I’m ready to purchase my fifth style now and nobody that I know that wears like shaded biscuit or milkshake or crushed almond will like any of these new colors. I am so disappointed because I really thought they were going to create something for the women that want to wear these styles, but cannot find a color that they like. Thank God I like, the silver gray/gray/blondes. I’m floored!

Hi Chrissy, thank you for visiting. I understand what you're saying and that these colors may not be for everyone. I've attended quite a few trainings by different manufacturers and always pose the question regarding the cool and warm colors. Why are there so many warm colors in comparison to the cool? They all respond pretty much the same: cool colors are much more difficult to create. While a warm color only requires more or less of red (primary color); a cool color requires the addition of a variety of colors in the right amounts otherwise they end up with blue, purple or black plus everything in between. Belle Tress has 3 factories that only creates for Belle Tress; therefore, it's relatively easy for them to create a variety of colors (cool or warm). However, Belle Tress is the exception. Most other brands (TA, Estetica, Henry Margu, etc) rely on overseas factories that are creating colors for a number of companies. The brand will request cool colors but it may go into production a number of times and still not a cool blonde, red, or brunette. Henry Margu and Estetica are just two examples that don't offer many cool colors; In HM, there's 10/613GR for the blonde and 7H for the brunette. In Estetica, there are no cool brunettes, and the only cool are the grey/silver. It's not that brands don't want to offer it or don't understand wearers want cool colors, but rather the difficulty in making them. Believe me, I understand. I can't wear warm blondes (as you can see in this video); if I wear a blonde, it has to be cool or neutral leaning cool. Hopefully, at some point the factories will be able to figure out how to accurately create cool blondes, brunettes, and reds. xoxo Marlene

I do have a video reviewing Beach Wave Magic and show the parting. This style has a full mono and it's not dense. Also, as you probably noticed in the video, I was taking them out of the box just to show the color. I did not styling and minimal combing which may be why the part appeared dense. xoxo Marlene
