- Not a typical post for Drunk & Disorderly, but in all honesty, I can't be bothered to reset my password on my other RUclips account, so I justify this with the fact that its a game soundtrack.
Got HSD theme stuck in my head for like 2 days, then got the idea to build upon it. I finished my version, but then heard Great Big Things vocal version, and HAD to incorporate it. So hear it is! I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks! I had started with the instrumental track, and pushed it to the side. Once I head the vocal version, I had to ask permission, add it, and finish it. Dude nailed it!

I like this, but the transitions aren’t very smooth. Making it feel like three different versions of the same song played one after another.
As well as removing or overlapping the humming and echo effects on the vocals kinda changed the entire feel of the song from dark and mysterious to direct and “ready for battle.”
Also, I really enjoyed the snare but felt that it was too hidden in the backround. In my opinion it adds a lot to the song but it needs to be emphasized and brought out. It’s needs to be sharp and precise, like a drum for military drills or ceremonies.
While then have the echoing vocals kind of floating in and out producing an “otherworldly” feel as if he was slipping in and out of consciousness.
Again, just my opinion, but overall I like it, and I think it’s a decent foundation to build your skills and techniques on. But it could do with polish or touch ups.

if it incorporated a bit of the old lyrics that being "rise up dead man" like the original, it might work a bit better but otherwise it feels like an alternate version

Honestly the lyrics ruin it for me. Good effort though, just not my taste.
