@@kattzen3276 it would be a lesser version of the prospector, so id like to add that there are traps that spawn too, but no trading happens, because of the hunt theme with trapping and whatnot

@@BananaChicken21 This seems like a line Leshy would say. Though I think the idea of a flintlock as an item that kills an enemy and blocks the row from being used would be m3at.

best part about your comment, my group's dm just recently decided to take a break from the normal game and decided to do a futuristic setting, we all have a pistol minimum and we know our first encounter probably could be compared to leshy since his arm drips goo from a parasite in it lol

This just makes me think of a crossover event with these two:
Inscryption:
New boss, the Head Hunter, his gimmick is using his gun, either a LeMat or a Caldwell, to shoot a random spot, dealing 5 damage, if it kills, it leaves a hole in the table which persists for 2/3 turns.
The second phase is when he makes use of items, like the flash bomb which blinds the player and scrambles the board, a choke bomb that gives cards struck by it the smoker sigil (the annoying sigil but it's plus 2), and a fire bomb which explodes affecting adjacent cards, dealing damage over time.
Hunt Showdown: New Legendary skins:
The Trader, an enigmatic woman who by all means shouldn't be here, she is never far behind the Trapper, willing to trade with other hunters for their bounties, they are never seen traveling together, oddly enough.
The Trapper: An enigmatic man who looks right at home in the Bayou, his love of traps is both a blessing and bane to his fellow hunters. The Trader is never far behind him, they are never seen traveling together, oddly enough.
Their introduction animation is an inverse of each other, The Trader sets out some caged animals on a mat as hunters approach them, guns raised. The Trapper is seen standing up, revealing dead hunters and pelts on the ground.
This mashup hits about as hard as my 101 power ouroboros

Missing something? His boss themes were great. As good as this mix is, the song is a pre-existing entity that many consider already complete. This is still missing lyrics!
@@RollerOfEyes I meant when they stand on their own outside of the game. Your right about his boss themes being perfect if its for the bosses themselves, since they fit the pace and tone so well, but on their own they just don't sound good to listen to the same way something like Final Duel does.

@@upr_Krps true, the boss music fits more for a slow-paced but still tense fight rather than the comparatively fast-paced ones in other games
As you walk by the trappers' workers, they hum to the sound of a faint guitar. They hum to the beat of their work. Chopping, Peeling, even slicing the throats of still-living animals sqealing for life before falling silent. You walk uneasily past them, each one giving you nothing more than a glance as you pass before swiftly returning to their work. As you walk closer to their boss's office, they all stop humming in unison, awaiting the end to their boss's strumming. As he stops strumming, and looks up at your weathered face, he simply looks to his workers and says: "What a fine pelt you have brought me."
Underrated comment
Now we need a mod for Inscryption that adds Trapbeak, The Spider, The Butcher, and The Assassin as boss cards.
Edit: You know, when I first heard The Trapper & Trader, I thought it sounded way too similar to Rise Up Deadman to be coincidence and when I saw this video in my recommended I thought "I knew it!". Side note; you could also name my Inscryption mod idea *The Trapper, The Trader, and The Deadman* as a reference to *The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly* .
The Trapper, The Trader, and The Deadman is definitely going to be a trinity for my weird west game I'm running for Halloween.

Didnt play hunt but from trailers I presume its a shooter with cryptids? Imagene Leshy just getting out of the game saying "WHY DID YOU USE SO MUCH FECUNDITY?!??!" and then boom. You got a hunt monster. Or so I think.
Well, Leshy IS actually based on something.
Here's an excerpt from the Leshy (not from the game) Wikipedia article.

I'd say Leshy (from the game) definitely fits due to what he's based on.
I imagine, for a more serious line, he would say "I have grown tired of these cards. *How about we make the stakes higher?"*

Yellow glowy eyes, transparent blueish green ectoplasm color, the legs starts fading from the knees, shackes on wrists, And a torn cowboy outfit.

this gives me a boss idea
start text: you approach a makeshift camp with a freshly lit campfire burning at the center with a tent and a log surrounding. you then notice a tall man with a hat brandishing a firearm. it was the bandit. Draw.
1st phase mechanic: every 3 turns the enemy chooses the oldest card on your side of the board to deal 3 damage to. you will get twice the ammount of bones from shot enemies if killed.
2nd phase mechanic: a hole is shot in the table on both sides of the board causing the playing field to only be 3 wide. the playing field will return to normal after 4 turns. the same mechanic from the 1st will still be in play except when a creature is shot, a bullet casing is placed on your side of the scale making it harder for you to win.

this reminds me that the card game takes place in 1854 because the prospector and the trapper possibly the angler too but the player themselves are from 1990 because of the type of camera they use and video website
