    If she would have just helped the young man after she shot him. Assist him with his injury and call for help she would have gotten away with justifiable homicide

      I keep thinking that why didn't she apply pressure to his wounds or help him after. It is so sad, he clearly had no weapons they shouldn't have drawn any weapons just chase him if he drove off then arrest him not shoot him. It was a senseless error that he did not deserve nor his family.

There would be absolutely no comparison between a deadly weapon such as gun being confused with a tazer and canned goods being put in different storage places! This Woman is not even a good actress,she had an impeccable memory up until she was being questioned about her murdering a man in cold blood and then she developed amnesia right up until it was convenient to her testimony! JUST because a police officer has an impeccable record on the force does not mean that she is a Saint! People who have never been in trouble with the law in their whole life time have all of a sudden commit a crime. This woman was arrogant with her own Lawyer right up until her very poor acting job of histaria and no tears and then back to arrogant with the Prosicutor. I believe this Woman knew exactly what she was doing and didn't give a shit about human life at all she only cared how she looked to the court and the police department. As a juror, it would not look good for her, if I was on jury. I heard of the case and I wanted to believe it was an accident. Near retirement, no accidents in her whole career. She was a shining example of an officer. Sure anyone could make this really stupid mistake… but it’s a hard to believe mistake. The differences in weapons, the weights, the safety’s, the colors, and the sides they were holstered on. Seeing her “emotions” fly high when questioned on the stand, is what pushes my disbelief. I feel a lot of forced grief. She’s shaking and crying, but I’m only seeing one tear roll out. That’s a lot of emotion for 1 tear. You know when your devastated and you don’t even have to make a sound, the tears just silently flow out of your eyes without even having to blink. Your nose just gets so full of snot you have to breath through your mouth till you blow it. Your skin around your eyes swell up turn red, and get puffy. I seen NONE of that. What I saw is an Amber Heard quality courtroom performance. Now if I was a juror, I’d start speculating that maybe after 26 years she has grown fed up with these bratty punks thinking they can do what they want. I conspire that maybe that day she was gonna put him in his place, idk, maybe it was a breaking point. I think she grabbed the gun to intimidate only. I think things escalated and she thought if I shoot this guy, I can just get hysterical afterwards to cover my butt. Perhaps she yelled taser to further cover her tracks and then shot the guy to show him. Afterwards she had to act surprised to keep her story together. My whole theory is completely based off her fake looking emotions.

    POST George Floyd. The Code of Silence discussions among Officers must have been very interesting in the Twin Cities as a whole. And before you judge me, my biological father was a dirty cop in Eau Claire, WI (90 miles from the Twin Cities where I was born and raised). Her shit eating grin for her updated mug shot clearly displays ignorance and arrogance that will forever haunt not only the family of Mr. Wright, but is proof positive of the truth! The truth that the 'Killing Fields' are wide open, and it's 'Game On'. If you've never been behind closed doors with a cop, they're a different breed, and are trained to lie also. It's been a pathetic way of life for many citizens in any community. They have always been above the law. NO MORE! The George Floyd Policing Act needs to be passed and communities all around the nation need to speak out. Her testimony is a clear example of the BS they are trained to say. But unfortunately for her, her attitude and lies sealed her demise. Too bad, so sad. BTW, there was no discussion of an appeal to her case, just that they felt she should not be held until her sentencing. KUDOS to the SA's Office for their excellent work this past year especially. Until the next trial of a racist Officer is taking the stand, I wish everyone peace and harmony in the future. God Bless Daunte Wright's family, his son, and the future of all the good cops out there. REFORM and be brave!

If they never brought the attention of the Police on themselves they may or may not still be alive. In Floyd's case, I believe he was going to die that day if nobody ever touched him because of all the drugs he took. I don't know when or where it started but we have learned not to take responsibility for our own actions when it doesn't work for us, the criminals have become the victims, it is insanity.

    6 Seconds is a long time to hold a gun outstretched in front of a cop without them glancing at it, she was a supervisor who was a cop for over 25 years. She made sure her gun with hollow-point bullets was at least 6 inches from him before she pulled the trigger. She made sure that the bullet hit its target. She is reckless, as the car was still running, she could have killed the passenger in the car and the officer that was leaning into the car, the officer outside the driver's side, and as a result of Mr. Wright pulling off mortally wounded by her, she was responsible for the crash victims. Her recklessness could have been as a mass killing. She shouldn't have been a cop she wasn't even qualified to be a supervisor by her actions that day. This kid was only 20 years old, her kids are much older than Daunta Wright, she didn't care about this kid. All her cop friends helped her with an alibi, she won't remember much. She quit because she didn't want to be fired on her record. The first person she asked for after that shooting was her union rep. Now she sits there like a helpless flower, but when she was in her cop uniform she proudly walked like a trained assassin.

    Love how during the most important part of her being on stand when the video is clearly about to show her shooting him (the entire reason of this court gathering) she needs to take a break when she has it together 100% more than she did when explaining the video when the video wasn’t even being shown. You’re not the victim lady you’re the murderer here please quit the pity act and gather your bearings for the boys family’s sake and justice for the system you once represented.

    The fact that she remembers all memories of her past from the first time she met her husband, to the first time she even farted but can’t remember the situation leading up to her shooting someone. She couldn’t remember left or right! Couldn’t remember that tasers are fired far or close up. Hell she couldn’t even remember to bring her tears to the courtroom(cries but nothing was seen). Guess she was TRAUMATIZED that badly that she got caught, not because she took someone’s life. My RESPECT goes to the prosecutor who had enough control not to laugh at her for not knowing which side her gun is on after 20 years being a cop

    • @americanmeteoritefan9670
      @americanmeteoritefan9670 2 года назад +6

      @@mbtravel7294 because normal release bond terms demand that the accused criminal NOT leave the county much less the state, so selling a house and moving to another state without telling court services is a possible violation of release terms.

    Not sure this is helping her, she probably is angry, and acted out...this is a hard life to live... many cops have anger issues... my uncle was a career officer..retired, and killed himself...on the out side he was very quite... inside not so much.. Sad😔

      firstly anger issues don’t give one the right to murder someone, secondly people with anger issues shouldn’t be in positions of authority! who cares about what’s helping her, she doesn’t deserve help, she deserves hard time!

    The facts remain that her action was grossly negligent. 27 years on the force, also trains other officers, the loaded Glock weighed a little over two pounds, the taser ounces. The Taser bright yellow, the Glock Black. Watching the video, her arm is extended for several seconds, clearly the Glock was in her view. And notice how she was preparing to go for the Glock when she transferred the paper that was in her right hand to her left.
