Crime is free in SF. Looting from drug mart and Walgreens is free in sf. Liquor walk out theft from grocery stores are free in sf. Anything else you need? Us taxpayers will pay for it.

Looters and flash mobs stole the story, police just returned the tapes to the news station. Looters were not arrested, will be out shooting at lake Merritt tonight.
