    A banana cream dinner dress is exhibited by Worth model Rolande. Shot of the audience dressed to the nines. Norman Hartnell is in the audience with Lady Rothermere - chairman and president of the Incorporated Society of London Fashion Designers. Richard Todd and Derek Farr are also in the audience.
    Pam models House of Hardy Amies purple wool and velvet suit. Sheila models black Hardy Amies coat and dress. Carol in a Charles Cream (?) suit. Digby Morton suit is presented with an unusual umbrella which has its own scabbard attached to the waist by a belt. A Worth checked coat is modelled by Rolande. It is the 3,000th mannequin parade for Dolores (one of the world's most famous models). C/U of her scarlet jacket. Joyce wears Victor Steeble (?) coat featuring "phantom beaver" trim. Dennis Price looks on from audience. Jean Mason models a Michael Sherard (?) creation. Peter Russell ensemble is shown. Valerie Hobson approves (could be with husband of the time, producer Anthony Havelock-Allan - SL). A Matlie (?) suit is shown on the catwalk. Michael Sherard coat is shown with a hat by Geoff.
    Behind the scenes the models have their make up applied. Elizabeth Hamilton is assisted by her dresser to make a quick change. Dolores enters from the wings, watched by the dressers. Hartnell outfit followed by Charles Creed outfit. Victor Steeble "exit dress". Shots from the wings. Worth dress with elaborate embroidery. Delores does some extravagant posing in royal blue evening gown. Peter Russell evening dress. Digby Morton three quarter length spiral coat. Sheath dinner dress with leaf embroidery. White evening dress with long coat featuring velvet trims and elaborate embroidery.
    Note: Delores and Rolande seem to have been two "supermodels" of the 1950s. Correspondence and booklet on file.

    Stunning. Exquisite cuts and draping of fabric, not to mention the range of colours. They look as though they have a quality rarely equalled today, even among couturiers.

    とにかくモデルが細くて、太った客が同じデザインのドレスを着てもぜんぜん素敵じゃなくなりそう。
    見に来てる客もモデルも全員あの世にいるんだろな〜。
    素敵だった。

      No, they look more like normal women in great contrast to the overly skinny, sky-high tall and high-cheekboned cloned automatons with empty, vacant faces of today.
