Such a great movie! Took my teenage sons to see it today and my oldest got delivered in the theater. He cried worships and indulged in God during this movie. The message was received.
Praise God! Lifting your son up in prayer that he has a community of God fearing people to lead and guide him in addition to the Holy Spirit and that he is able to receive God's plan for his life! Amen.
I saw it today, so touched, I cried like a baby. It was wonderful, inspiring, sorry that there were only 3 of us in the theater. But I am so very glad I saw this movie. Very touched and encouraged. Aspen was really good, loved his Isaiah.
My husband and I saw this movie yesterday. It is wonderful! So moving! Every father should take their sons to see this movie. This is the best Kendrick Brothers movie yet! Ladies, take some tissues! The excellent acting will draw those tears out of you! Such a great message. Glory to God!

War Room movie helped me always attack and fight the right enemy in my marriage, and I noticed that I wasted so much time fighting with my husband. Secondly, the War Room movie helped me designate a place in my house for prayer. I am in Uganda(Africa), I haven't watched "The Forge" movie yet. I can't wait, I know its going to be great and I know i have a lot to learn from it too.

Absolutely true what she said about faith-based films 10-15 years ago. The first ever Christian film I saw (on DVD) was an attempt at a Christian "The Fast and the Furious". I was a teenager and convinced myself it was good... It wasn't!

To be honest, I was disappointed to see Ms. Clara (if I have the name correct) again. Her character fits a stereotypical image of old black women in the church. She’s the least authentic of all the characters in these movies in my opinion. NEVERTHELESS, I absolutely plan to see the movie, and I’m delighted any time a high quality Christian movie is made. I have great respect and a lot of gratitude for the Kendrick brothers - and Priscilla Shirer too, of course. 😉.
I like seeing Ms Clara and how her character portrays elder women in the church as nurturers of younger women which is in the Bible. We need more not less examples. Out of reverence and respect I use the word "elders" not "old" when referring to my beloved 84-year-old auntie. I believe there is a place for everyone in church both youth and elders!

I know a lot of people are very sensitive about being called old, but that’s actually kinda sad when you consider the Bible uses the term often and honorably. The word “elder” in the Bible most often referred to MEN who held specific leadership roles in the church community. I’m not trying to argue with you, but I do think it would be good if we could start to truly embrace aging once again. One of my favorite verses in the Bible is Isaiah 46:4 “even to your old age I am he …”. BTW - I’m glad one of us appreciates Ms. Clara. lol

Relax....Ms. Clara represented a strong mother figure who was able to change a generation after her in Christ. See it from that perspective.
